Technician Orlando came and provided great communication and resolution to the issue. I’m hosting for the holidays this year, which means a full house of long-haired family members. As you can imagine, both of our bathtubs clogged up pretty quickly. We tried the usual fixes—pouring boiling water and Drano down the drain—but nothing worked. In a pinch, I reached out to a friend who recommended this family-owned business. I love supporting local companies, so I gave them a call. Jackie, who answered the phone, was incredibly kind and helpful. I’m pretty sure she worked some magic behind the scenes to get a plumber out to us by the very next morning. The plumber was professional, efficient, and was able to clear both drains quickly. As a bonus, he also fixed a minor toilet leak while he was here. We were pleasantly surprised by how affordable everything was, especially since they were running a special for December. It was a great experience all around, and I really appreciated the personal touch from a family-run business. Highly recommend supporting local businesses like this one!

Great service. The All Time Plumbing and Drains service technician arrived early in the appointment time window. Toilet was not flushing well. The job of cleaning out blockage was quickly completed. Toilet works great. Simple complete out, but they had the tools and knowledge to troubleshoot and correct the problem. Alex the technician was friendly and professional. Will definitely call them for future plumbing repairs.
