This is my second exceptional experience with Dukes of Air. The first was after years of struggling with a company that kept repairing the AC unit in my business then it would break and start leaking water a month after. I replaced the unit only to have to have it not work again, they even suggested that I needed to replace it again after only 2 years (forgetting that they had been the ones that installed it). I called Dukes and their tech spent a few hours identifying the issue, I had a leak in a line that had been there for a long time. He welded it and checked the system to ensure it was running. Since then it has worked like a dream. Fast forward to this week, it is starting to warm up and the system was not keeping pace in keeping the office cool. I called Dukes and Kaleb came out and found that a fuse had blown! He fixed it, cleaned the units up and gave us an idea of some things that may need replacing in the future! We signing up with the maintenance program to help keep the system healthy. I have found Dukes of Air to be very professional, honest and provide high quality work and I highly recommend them! They will be replacing my home AC units next!

$450 to unclog a shower drain and their $89 diagnostic charge is looking at standing water in a shower and agreeing it's clogged. I sent a text w/info via the pop up prompt on the website. Apparently txt has not worked for a while but a lovely representative called immediately. I informed her of the clogged drain in my showers w/no such issues with any other sink drain or toilet in my home. Just the shower. I was told it would be $89 for a diagnostic and a tech would call before coming shortly. Well, no phone call but a tech just showed up; didn't introduce himself just asked what's the problem? He looked at the water in both showers, ran the faucet in both sinks and flushed both toilets took less than 5 minutes then told me it would be $450 to unclog. I asked the tech what the actual diagnostic was, since all he did was look at it and run some water. And he said, that was it. So basically their idea of an "$89 diagnostic" is visually looking at the problem and confirming what I told the phone rep on the call. He offered a few different possibilities for things it "might be, could be" and he'd need a bigger machine to clear it but said he couldn't confirm anything until I paid the $450. Which didn't sound right to me, so I thanked him for his time. Called the phone rep back, again very lovely and pleasant but unfortunately she couldn't offer me anything other than apologies and said that doesn't sound right. She asked if a manager could call me so I could tell him what occurred but he's not in the office today. No mention of maybe getting a different tech out here. I asked if I should just find someone else to unclog it and was surprised when she said yes with more 'sorry that happened'. So obviously any 'diagnostic' they do will be visual only and they charge $450 to clear a clogged drain. Now I'll go find someone else to unclog my shower since they didn't seem interested for less than $450.

I absolutely love Dukes of Air. We have been using them for our home and office space for over 5 years and I cannot say enough about them. They have come out for service in less than 24 hours every time we have needed them which is critical in the Arizona heat. The techs are kind, knowledgeable and very respectful of our home. Mike came out today and diagnosed the issue and broke down what needed to be done in an easy and understandable way. He was honest and we felt like we were in the best hands possible. We love this company and will never go anywhere else for our service needs.

My experience with Duke’s was absolutely outstanding. From start to finish, every team member I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and effortless—an incredible contrast to the nightmare I experienced just a few months ago with another highly-rated company. I have used Dukes of Air for almost 3 years. They have always responded quickly always happy to answering my concerns. When needed they have always been quick to respond at my residence in 30 minutes. Each technician has been very friendly making me feel comfortable. They answer any questions. Offer me different solutions and do not pressure me to replace my system until I’m ready. Today Dustin Boyd was my technician checking my system and changing my filters. I really welcomed his genuine suggestions and tips. Even though every technician that has come to my house II will be requesting Dustin for all my services going forward.

I've always been super impressed with Arizona's Duke's of Air. They have always been very helpful, honest, and fair. Their staff have all been professional and very polite. I originally reached out when our A/C system stopped working which required a new compressor but based on that experience have signed up for their maintenance program. Dukes of Air replaced my air conditioner over 10 years ago. I have used their services since then. I have never had any problems with my system. They regularly service and maintain my system. The techs are always prompt, communicative and professional as well as the office staff. Everyone I have dealt with, have been straight forward and honest. Dukes of air has been one of the most dependable, reliable and honest companies I have worked with for several years. They have fair pricing and communicate and respond to your needs quickly! Today I needed them for a plumbing job needed very quickly during a remodel problem and they squeezed me in within 24 hours of my phone call. I thank you DUKES!
