I was looking to have a water softener system installed at my house, which my wife and I just moved into. I saw a BJS label on the water heater at our house and contacted the company to come take a look. They were able to send a technician almost immediately. He took a thorough look at our system and advised that we did not have enough room in our water heater closet to install a softener, but we could install a different type of water conditioning system that would ameliorate our hard water. And, two days later, he installed it. The technician, Fred, was very polite and very detailed in explaining our options. He was concerned about getting something to solve our issues at reasonable price. We are impressed with his service and impeccable manners.

Keith Irelan was our HERO. Our drain pipes were almost completely plugged with nasty grease. There was only about a 1/2 inch open! Keith came out with their high pressure jetter and spent HOURS clearing the blockages. IT WORKED! Here we are, a year later, no problems whatsoever. He was so thorough. Saved us a ton of $$$ that we'd have had to pay to replace the pipes. Way to go, BSJ!

Fred Cherri came out on Sunday to find that the problem within the house was a clogged pipe. Once Fred cleared the clog, he checked the pipe in my front yard leading to the sewer. He could see that I didn’t have an open line. He came back this morning to discover that I had a cracked and collapsed pipe. The cable company contractor was there and took responsibility for breaking the pipe when installing fiber optic cables. Thank you to Fred Cherri for not giving up in locating the problem. I really appreciate BSJ and Fred’s work!

From the time we contacted BSJ Plumbing they were great! Our technician Robert was amazing, he was here on time, kind, professional, and very informative when it came to resolving & repairing a leak with our copper pipe. We had an issue with our outdoor waterline to the back hose, it got stuck on/broke and we had to shut off the main water line to the house to contain any potential flooding issues. Michael Gisbran was our technician and he was very knowledgeable, professional, communicative, honest, and fair. I also appreciate that the company keeps you informed of status via email, text, phone and you can track your driver as well on the app/link once they are on route.
