From my first phone call to Camcor, I knew we were in good hands. Allison, I believe, was so very polite and tried to help me with the original water softener. She was able to schedule a tech to visit pretty quickly. Tyler was so very helpful when he came out to troubleshoot our system after purchasing a new house. We made the decision to purchase a new water softener system and Tyler showed up, on time, and ready to go. The cost of the new system was pretty reasonable and came in quick. Tyler answered all of our questions, completed the job in good time and cleaned up his mess. All told, first contact to new install was 5 days. You couldn't ask for better communication or customer service. Thank you, Camcor!

Camcor Plumbing & Water Treatment folks are Personable, Knowledgeable, Efficient and Prompt! Tyler arrived early and he was clean and personable. He assessed my water softening issues gave me an estimate and proceeded to the repairs. The job was completed in a timely manner, billing matched the estimate with no surprises and his work was clean and organized. All in all, an outstanding experience from start to finish. We needed to have our reverse osmosis system serviced. Frank came out, checked the entire system and alerted us to the fact that the membrane was deteriorating. We’re glad it was caught before the quality of our water was severely impacted. He also checked the water heater, and made certain that it’s operating properly. He explained everything thoroughly and gave us options for servicing. Everything is in tip-top shape now. Thank you Camcor!

Frank came out today to see where the leak was coming from in the water softeners system, it happen to be coming from the pellet container, he replaced the container, cleaned all the calcium residue on the garage floor, then when presenting the repair order, there was no charge, all under warranty. What a nice surprise, he was very pleasant to work with, discussed all the services they provide, and even put me on a maintenance schedule.
