I felt respected and valued throughout the process, and they left my home clean by bagging up all the drywall, insulation, and dust before taking it away. I had a wonderful experience with Colin & Sons Plumbers. From my late-night email to their quick response the next morning, everything went smoothly. They scheduled a time for me at 10 am the same day, which was fantastic. Billy was prompt, communicated well, and even took the time to play with my dogs while fixing the clogged drain! The same-day service was impressive, and it was clear he loves his job; his pride really showed! He was tidy, laid down tarps on the floor, and covered the bases of the cabinets while completing the job and cleaning up afterward. I want to give a thumbs up to Colin & Sons Plumbers! Scheduling an afternoon to tackle a few plumbing tasks was a breeze thanks to Billy. He replaced the seal for my toilet and checked my AC, which I thought needed a recharge. After spending some time cleaning and diagnosing the AC, he found that it actually just needed a part, which he had on hand. He explained everything clearly and got the issue fixed. The pricing was very fair too. He also mentioned that my sewer line from the house to the main could be repaired by installing a liner instead of digging up my driveway. His estimate for that job was reasonable as well. I might decide to go ahead with that repair soon!

I first reached out to a plumbing service three years ago for the installation of a water softener, thanks to a recommendation from my electrician. This year, we purchased another house and began a full renovation, which included updating all plumbing and fixtures. My general contractor didn't have dependable resources, so I contacted a plumbing expert and asked if he could manage all the plumbing tasks. His team, especially Miguel, did an incredible job in every area. Just two days after moving in, the original water heater in the house failed. Fortunately, I had a home warranty, but they took four days to send someone out and attempted to deny coverage for the water heater. With Thanksgiving approaching and family set to visit, I urgently needed hot water. I called the plumbing expert, and his team arrived within hours with a new water heater and recirculator, saving our Thanksgiving celebration. I can't recommend this plumbing service enough; their prices are reasonable, their service is top-notch, and I wouldn't choose anyone else for my plumbing needs.

Miguel and Billy assessed an issue with an outdoor water hydrant and found that a complete frost-free hydrant was necessary to fix the connection problem. They quickly located the pipes, removed the old ones, and installed a brand new hydrant system that actually works, unlike the issue we had been facing for years! They did a fantastic and professional job, bringing the perfect hydrant to get it done right! We are very pleased now with a system that actually functions and feels modern. They have tackled unusual plumbing problems, performed routine maintenance, repaired leaks, replaced toilets and faucets, and so much more. At this point, they feel like friends. Their work is top-notch, the prices are fair, they are always punctual, and they make the experience enjoyable too. I have nothing but positive things to share about every technician and worker we've had for our plumbing needs. We’ve relied on their services for over 20 years, and they’ve always treated us wonderfully. They are honest and fair with their pricing. Recently, we had a new furnace installed in the middle of winter, and they had it set up in no time. We’re looking forward to having them install our air conditioner in the spring. The day after Christmas, our basement drain was acting up, and they arrived the same day. Billy came with another worker (I can’t recall his name). They even helped me communicate with my insurance company to ensure that everything was filed properly. I could keep going on about how great they are. A team of their skilled workers came to tackle the complex problem, and each one was friendly, supportive, and calming. Their pricing was fair, and they provided clear explanations. When we discovered that the issue needed county intervention, they returned to ensure everything was in order, free of charge.
