I only write reviews when it is WORTH it. I got my water heater replaced by a tech Matt, and he advised me that he initially requested a smaller water heater due to the space where the water heater is located. Come to find out, that he NEVER requested a smaller unit. He provided his company with an estimate of the costs as well as the measurements. When it came time to install the water, BEFORE he installed the water heater, he admitted that the base, was too big and I would be unable to close the closet door. He then said that if he didn’t have it there, that it wouldn’t be up to code. (Water heater has already been removed at this point). He installs the water heater, and as he knew BEFORE the installation, it didn’t fit. I still paid for the job, as a paying customer ! Unfortunately, they will not take accountability or their tech for the WRONG doing. I reached out to the tech, no response. I’ve reached out to the office several times, useless and pointless. I paid almost 600$ for it to be installed, and it NOT be right! You all are wrong. PAY FOR A JOB THAT IS COMPLETE AND CORRECT ! Learn from my mistake!! I am all about integrity, I did everything on my end. But unfortunately this company did not. Which is why I would not recommend them! ALWAYS CHOOSE TO HAVE INTEGRITY. Desert rain plumbing showed the lack of integrity, compassion, and understanding. Due to the incorrect size of the water heater, it has caused structural damage to my home and inability to close or open the closet Thanks desert rain plumbing for doing half the job !

I LOVE Desert Rain Plumbing! They were sent out by my Home Warranty Co- Old Home Republic. I was nervous because there have been times when the home warranty company has not sent the best companies. This plumbing company was spot on. I had my technician arrive on time- He was sooo nice and mannerly. He unclogged the drain in the sink and the bathtub for me- even went the extra mile and showed me what clogged it and really scrubbed the hell out of the inside of the pipe. I had no more issues and I was a very happy customer. There was no way I would have been able to clean the clogged pipe on my own- there was quite a bit of build up. I am happy to recommend Desert Rain to anyone! I believe it was Anthony that was my tech. :)

If I was able to select 10 Stars I would!!!!!! Jesus was our Technician who came out and looked at our broken Water Heater, He was very professional and Provided Excellent service. Jesus was very knowledgeable about any questions I had.

Dalton showed up promptly this morning and diagnosed a problem with our garbage disposal. He was courteous and professional and so helpful! He replaced the disposal, replaced another seal that was needed and checked everything for leaks. And he thoughtfully put everything back under our sink! Thank you so much!

We will put in touch with Desert Rain plumbing by way of my home warranty company.Matt Avery was the person that came to evaluate the leak in my front yard. He was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He went right to work to figure out what the problem was. He spent time explaining the issue to me, and I even called my boyfriend on the phone and he explained everything to him as well.He was awesome. I would definitely recommend them.

Jesus was amazing! Not only did he quickly identify my leak, he also discovered that my faucet had a sensor and fixed that as well. Jesus kept everything clean and dry and offered suggestions on how to best maintain my kitchen sink area to prevent potential issues. I would highly recommend Desert Rain Plumbing.

Anthony with Desert Rain Plumbing replaced my gas water heater with absolute skill and professionalism. He patiently and thoroughly answered all my many questions and is a true craftsman.

I would highly recommend this company for any repair needs. Hailey in the front office was polite and made sure we had a plumber scheduled the next day for my valves that were corroded. Anthony was here the next day, on time and went above and behind to make the repairs. Both Anthony and Hailey were friendly, polite and efficient. Will definitely have this company on speed dial for next time.
