Easy appointment setup thru Yelp. Had the pleasure working with Jeremy, scheduled between 8-10 and here at 8. Linked our mainline to irrigation. Hansen is my top plumbing contact and hoping I don’t need to see them for awhile.

My experience with Hansen Family Plumbing & Air went about as smoothly as it could possibly go. I had a leak behind the sheet rock under my kitchen sink. Sev arrived promptly and got the job done immediately. He was professional and personable. He explained to me what had happened. I highly recommend Hansen Family Plumbing and Air.

We are so pleased to recommend Hansen Family Plumbing! I needed quick service on a new valve for icemaker so we could have a refrigerator delivery. Our technician, Mark Lawson was there 3 hours later! He did an awesome job, cleaned up, was so kind and courteous to us. I am very grateful for the primp service and professionalism. I will definitely use them in the future for any needs. Highly recommend.

Very quick and easy scheduling through the Yelp app. Communication with the office was also quick and easy. Sev came out to look at the broken pipe promptly. He was nice and easy to communicate with. His assessment and quote were fairly priced. He didn't try to upsell the project like another company did. The repairs were done efficiently. I was very satisfied from beginning to end. Will definitely use them again!

Dillon came to our house today to look at an issue that we were having with our sink. He recommended that the best option was to replace the faucet and said he would come back once we had the new faucet. He was very professional and gave us good advice. We look forward to getting the faucet and having Hansen install it for us.

Hansen Family Plumbing & Air is the absolute best! I’d recommend them for any plumbing or air needs in the valley! My parents have used them for multiple jobs and I recently used them prior to selling my house for a sewer line repair and hydrojet clean out. I had another company try to price gouge me but Hansen Family was honest and gave us a much better price! They were prompt, communicative, professional, and kind. They also did a fantastic job on the work, even took photos of their progress, and they did it all in one day!

On Monday, February 17th, I had Hansen Family out to my house in Chandler because I suspected I might have had a drainage leak under the foundation of my home, potentially causing foundation cracks. Dick and Erik both came out and quickly identified that there were no pressure or leak issues to be detected. They could have simply said goodbye and went on their way quickly. But, the reasons I gave them five stars is because both of them stuck around to help me talk through what other potential issues could be causing my foundation cracks. They walked around the home with me, helped me explore some options, and helped me think about all the different things I might consider looking into. For them to take the time and continue to help me problem solve was really great and appreciated. Most providers would realize that there was no money to be made and would leave right away. They didn’t. They still wanted to help. Really great experience.

Super friendly service! Prompt and efficient inspection for my HVAC. The recommendations were on point! As a property manager, I expect to get an honest and thorough report. It was especially nice that he was able to do the work the same day! I very highly recommend Hansen Family!
