They explained what I needed to resolve the issue and we’re able to get the job done quickly and neatly. I feel safe now that my pipes won’t burst now that I have a new PRV. Had a hot water tank issue. Company came out within the hour and changed out the heater element for a reasonable price. Great guys!

After my maintenance team couldn’t fix the plumbing issue I was having so they called Iconic Plumbing Chris and Ray came and they worked extremely hard and let me know where they were every step of the way. They finally were able to resolve my issue and more than willing to stay as long as it took to get it done. I am eternally grateful for them and the work they did. If you ever need work done ask for them two.

Called and spoke with April. ,explained our need and she scheduled time for someone to come out and give us a quote after checking out the issue. Not only did they come out on time, they were through and answered all of our questions. When they left and we got the quote nothing was a surprise because they had adequately explained it to us before. When I called back to schedule service they were very accommodating and quickly got us scheduled. Day of work to be done and they showed up right on time and worked quickly hut efficiently. Jimmy and Jeremiah were great and cleaned up after themselves ensuring nothing was left behind. They treated my house and items with respect and tried to work as quietly as possible (work from home situation) Very pleasant, honest. Great price and they explained those prices in detail. Workmanship was great and they answered all concerns we had Hopefully we won't need them again soon, but if we do they'll be our first call

They tried to tell us a new water softener installed would be $3500 they get the best one manufactured in Arizona. We went to Spenser's got the same one installed $1000. When my husband called Iconic the girl said let me see what we can do. Why didn't they give us the real price the first time? Won't call them again, they tried to rip us off.

I had a leaking water heater in a rental home that I own, this happened at 7 pm on a Saturday Night. I called about seven plumbing companies. The only one that responded and was willing to come out immediately (within the hour) was Iconic plumbing. They went to the rental home, called me and consulted about the issues with me and even helped me save about $400 dollars. I highly recommend Iconic Plumbing Services.

Run not walk away from this vendor. They are the worse. Practically destroyed my garage installing a water heater and did not tell me. I went to look and the trash non American plumber who could barely speak English couldn't even explained why he damaged my pristine garage.
