Hello I'm leaving this review on my personal experience with this plumbing company. My experience was stressful and want to talk about how unprofessional they are. I have a home warrenty and went though my home warranty to file a claim they sent me this plumbing company to do the repairs . The made the appointment they called me to confirm it they told me I had to pay the deductible in cash or on the phone to proceed with the appointment i decided to do a card over the phone. When the technician came I let him to the garage I told them my symptoms of the system and told them the system produces not enough hot water. I told him hotnwater last lesson then five minutes and only one person could shower with hot water. After the tech said he would get tools out of his truck came back with only a screwdriver and begun to much the hot water heater with his hand and asked if the breaker went to the off position I told him no but the reset button on the water heater thermostat ket going g off and had to reset it a couple of times. I went inside me house so he could do his thing and I didn't want to finger around I went inside after 5 min he knocked on my door and said he raised the thermostat ntemt to produce more hit water. He told me that he didn't find anything wrong the system. How could he determine this with a screwdriver he didn't have a multimeter in hand or any other tools. After he left the system stop producing hot water agian I went to my insurance company and told them what happened and they contacted them to come and fix the issue the scheduled me a month out . It was so disrespectful to wait a month with hot water . I had to take matters in my own hands and I'm not a handy person a lot of youtubing and with some confidence I did the repair this what I found bad heating element. It took me 30 min to replace with no issues . I usually don't leave a review but it's upsetting to see this happen to anyone. This is my personal experience with this plumbing company.

I had a great experience with the customer service by both the employees that came to my house and fixed my issue. They were polite, clean and worked fast. Jesus was both their names. I will using them in the future.

Ikmar Plumbing provided outstanding service from start to finish They responded right away and scheduled a time that worked perfectly for me. The plumber Jesus was professional, friendly, and really took the time to explain what was causing the issue and the best way to fix it. They worked quickly but carefully, making sure everything was done right, and left no mess behind. It’s rare to find a company this trustworthy I’ll definitely be using Ikmar Plumbing again and recommending them to anyone who needs a reliable plumber

We got stuck with these guys after our home warranty said they were going with them (they are not blameless here either), but after a month and half of getting screwed around by Ikmar Plumbing, Ferguson, and Landmark home warranty's I took a day off work for an installation of our water heater. Only to be told after waiting an entire day that their tech cancelled and they were unable to make it work. Now I am stuck taking off a second day because they simply could not make it work. My wife has spent, at this point, nearly 5 hours trying to co-ordinate with them and after all said and done I am out two personal days and I still can't even take a reliably warm shower. If I could, take my business elsewhere, I would.
