Great service and delicious water! Paul was professional and thorough in serving our water distiller, he also checked the water softener. Our distiller has turned us in to water lovers! It tastes so good it is all we drink! Thanks JB water and Air!

I had what I feared was a slab leak and called first thing in the morning. Less than two hours later, Zach was there and completed diagnosis. He clearly laid out remediation options for us to make a decision. Although re-routing pipes through my attic was harder than anticipated, the crews were very professional and worked quickly; they even sent out additional teams to keep the work on track. They also left my house much cleaner than I anticipated when they left. I am very happy with the work JB Water has done for me.

You will be very happy with the way this company does business. Zach came to our house and was very honest which helped put me at ease. Although their price was not the lowest, I knew after talking to him that I could trust him. He did a great job and I would recommend his company.

I just had my water heater replaced by JB Water & Air and I can’t say enough good things about them. When I called, someone answered right away. The woman was very friendly and she dispatched the technician Zach, who called within a few minutes with an ETA and he was here within the hour. He was friendly, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to explain my options and to make sure the work was done right. He even took the time to add salt to my water softener when he saw it was low. It’s hard to find this level of service these days and Zach & JB nailed it. I would definitely recommend JB to anyone needing a water softener or other plumbing work.

Service provider Caleb came out today to replace our kitchen faucet! Thank You so much Caleb for your knowledge and know how. Turned out to be a little more work than he anticipated but was able to get it all done in reasonable time. Caleb checked our entire property for any preventative maintenance that we should have done as our home was built in the 80s. He was informative and more than helpful. Super friendly guy! Would recommend and requests him again & again!

We’ve used JB several times now and just did so today. Thought we might have had a serious tub leak, but Tyler diagnosed the problem which turned out not to be serious, but we needed a fix. He also pointed out a potentially serious future problem that he fixed which likely saved us a lot of money going forward. Great service!

Came out the same day and on a Saturday. Chase did a great job. Completed the work quicker than he estimated and charged less than quoted. Very pleased with the service.
