Jimmy Joe's Plumbing

I've used Jimmy Joe's in the past, but the actual owner came out those times (R/O water filter installation and remove/reinstall toilet for new tile). I'm not sure who the person they sent out this time was, but he had no clue whatsoever, or he had instructions to up sale. Didn't have parts to fix leaking faucet (it's a Delta, not like it's unusual or anything, but it is what it is). Original Crane toilet, yes it is at least 25 years old, but they haven't exactly changed designs a lot in the past 60 years or so. I had a "universal" repair kit, plumber insisted it wouldn't fit. Sorry, it fit the other two identical toilets in the house. "It will double flush", sorry, not if you install it correctly. Wound up having to call their office and order the belligerent person out of my house (yes really, that bad). It's a shame, they've done a good job in the past (including removing this exact toilet, letting a new tile floor be installed, and then placing the toilet back). They did this 3 years prior, and THEY were the ones who installed the "it's too small, they don't make that anymore" part. I'm over 60, have bad arthritis, and didn't want to be bending over replacing the parts in the toilet. I'm not going to be insulted and have an obvious up sale/lie from the "plumber" try and tell me I must replace the toilet instead of using a $20 part and an hour of labor. Very odd, Google shows me this review, but doesn't show it to anyone else. What gives? Update, I replaced the leaking seal (flapper, etc., a $20 kit) with the one they told me doesn't fit. They just want to upsell you into buying a new toilet, and Google should be ashamed of themselves for hiding critical reviews. The owner needs to be much more careful who they hire, or what they instruct him to do, you lost a customer that had used you 4 times in the past.

My uncle invited these people out to BBQ and they came out and they fixed all our pipe issues and our hot tub. We fed them some asada and had a wonderful time. Tony and Jimmy Joe are great people.

Joel with Jimmy Joe’s Plumbing did an excellent job installing a new water heater for us. He was courteous, knowledgeable, on time, and quick. He gave us a great price and helped us save some money by using some of our existing parts that were in good condition. This is the second time we have used Jimmy Joe’s Plumbing and with a different employee. Same great service and price! We will definitely use them again for our plumbing needs.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Jimmy Joe’s Plumbing. Tony came out initially to give us a quote on two projects. He was on time and explained options and the process. The estimate was half the price of another estimate I received from a different company and was very reasonable. I had to wait 6 weeks for a faucet to come in, but when it did Tony came out within two days to complete both services. Every interaction with Tony was pleasant. He was on time, respectful and up front. We needed an extension piece to install the faucet which I picked up after he left and he came back shortly after I arrived home from the supply store, the same day. He even stayed after he was done to answer some questions we had on a gas line installed by someone else. I will recommend Jimmy Joe’s to any of our friends and will absolutely contact them in the future with any plumbing needs.

Jimmy Joe is very accessible via text. I kept updating jobs to do. He arrived on time and ready to work. I was impressed with the speed and efficicience of his work and we got everything fixed to our satisfaction. His prices per job were reasonable. All-in-all, a very good experience. Jim L.

After 4 estimates, we are so happy that we went with Jimmy Joe's Plumbing. They were by far the most professional and most knowledgeable and they had the best price. They were punctual and were even able to complete the job the same day. They cleaned up after the job was finished and made sure we understood their warranty and answered all of our questions. I gave them a call, and Jimmy Joe arrived very quickly. Got to the drain clearing, and finished up quickly. He checked in, and out with us, and explained what the issue was that caused the drains not drain quick enough. Will definitely use the next time we need some plumbing work done.

Jimmy Joe installed my hot water heater a couple years ago and I was just asked to recommend a plumber and it reminded me that I forgot to leave a review! The communication with the company was fantastic and they did a great, thoughtful job on the install. I couldn't recommend them more.
