Mr. Rooter is the right company for complex plumbing jobs. Mario and his crew (Oscar, Eduardo) did an awesome job in replacing 30 feet of sewer drain pipe under my home’s slab. Mario recommended pipe bursting to minimize the disruption. Ken, the pipe-bursting expert, also did an amazing job of operating the sophisticated equipment that pulls a new pipe in the old cracked pipe. All of them were professional, and kept my home floors and walls from getting damaged, dirty or dusty. Having a broken sewer line under the slab is one of the hardest things to have to deal with for me and my family but Mario explained with patience (as I am a very inquisitive client) all aspects of the job and gave me the confidence that he knew what they were doing and they sure delivered.

Mario and his crew were top notch!! They replaced an entire 70 year old drain system in my house within a week! I had full ceramic and Saltillo tile throughout the house and they did the least amount of demo they could to make the rebuild process go even smoother. Mario was extremely honest , professional and hardworking. I would’ve responded earlier but we had some losses in our family that needed my attention. With that being said, if you need help in an emergency or have a plumbing issue. These guys will definitely take care of it for you, so you can take care of your family. That is priceless! We had several plumbing companies come out and suggest the best option to replace a water heater in our master closet. We chose Mr. Rooter as they offered a solution which was cost effective and eliminated putting a new water heater inside the bathroom closet. Both Joe and Ken were a professional and ethical team, who from start to finish, gave us several options with quotes on those options and answered all our questions in a timely manner. We got a recirculating pump on our water heater in our garage and had piping installed outside to connect to the master shower and manifolds in the master sinks. Their follow up throughout the process was top notch. Ken, the plumber, was very attentive to detail and very thorough in the work he performed and explained the process in layman's terms. We are very pleased that we chose Ken and Joe from Mr. Rooter and would highly recommend them for any plumbing work because of their professional and ethical standards an ed the work they performed.

The crew showed up within an hour of our emergency plumbing issue occurring. They quickly assessed the problem and showed us what was wrong by using cameras. Ended up we had to have two majors sewer pipes replaced under the ground. They have very new equipment and techniques, and although they did have to dig a few major holes in various areas of the house to replace the deteriorated pipes, the project was completed in a week with holes filled with cement and very clean. We were able to continue staying in our house for the most part. The crew was friendly and professional and Mario, the crew supervisor, was very knowledgeable and helpful. The job was quite large and it was all completed within a week, which is what they estimated for time.

Parker was great! Came right away, assessed the situation, got his snake machine and went to work. The line was cleared in no time, and this was after another plumber said we needed hydro jetting. He also pointed out some additional problems that he saw under the kitchen sink that we will be putting in a claim for. Don't be fooled by Parker's young redheaded Opie appearance. Although he looked young enough to be my son, he is not only older but he is incredibly knowledgeable as his grandfather started this family business. And he is still proud and humble. How refreshing! Anytime ,ever again, when I need plumbing, Parker and Mr. Rooter will be my choice, hands down! Our technician Ken P. was timely and communicative, I never felt pressured to do anything through the process and felt educated on the decisions I was making. He was even able to fix my leak same day which was a huge relief! Will definitely request him back if we have any further issues at our house!

Taylor and Brandon came out to my residence due to main drain being completed blocked. Both were very professional and most importantly, a pleasure to spend time with. The work needed was going to be costly given the problem at hand but both left me comfortable that the repairs were needed. I trust them and Mr. Rooter as a whole. Thank you, guys.

My experience with Mr. Rooter was excellent. Mario and Oscar were very up-front and honest about my situation and were willing to explain everything clearly along the way. It was an invasive and challenging ordeal, but everyone was pleasant and helpful throughout the process. Communication over the phone was always prompt and they always showed up when they said they would. I am still in the reconstruction process, but the work done seems to be of high quality. Glad to have drainage again!
