Amazing service!! They sent Anthony out and he was super friendly and helpful! They were able to install a new water heater for me within a short timeframe around the holidays. They did a great job at an affordable price.

I Found NexLVL services as a subcontractor referred by Lowe’s to install a residential water heater. The quote was about 5% higher than a competitor, but I chose them because of excellent customer service and quick response time. There were some difficulties with the installation due to the tight space the water heater was going into. Fortunately, the installer, Andreas, was very knowledgeable and could overcome the space constraint and managed to fit a larger water heater into the same spot. Kudos to him! Overall I am very pleased with this installation job and will highly recommend them. It’s difficult finding a good contractor at a reasonable price, but NexLVL Services knocked it out of the park! The office lady that set up the appointment was punctual, professional, and friendly. She was really great at her job. She was pleasant to work with. Shout out to her! I was taken aback about needing my credit card number to hold my appointment and that the photo of the old faucet I sent was not forwarded to the plumber. However, once I got past those issues, the plumber checked out the issue, got the equipment he needed and quickly replaced the faucet and line. The plumber was great. Just wish the detailed info would have been forwarded to him prior to his visit.

Today I had a water heater installed in my house, the guy who came was very professional, he answered all my questions (and I had a lot🫣) and concerns with patience and knowledge, he even cut a shelf that was on the way of the heater as an extra job. I am really happy with the job he did and I would recommend this company, I have some more plumbing jobs that need to be done around my house and definitely will call them back

The rep I dealt with was very knowledgeable of the unit I was calling about to get installed. The pricing was good for the total installation. The tech that installed our unit was respectful and took care bringing the unit through the house to the install location. He was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job on the installation. I would recommend this company for future jobs.

Great company! Just not the management or “main” plumber. She is a female she seems to know what she is doing. Against more extensive knowledge she may not like you. As in moving forward it won’t happen. You will need to know your role very quickly. They preach community but it is more can you get along with her. If you can not you will not last.

Anthony did our water heater replacement and fixed the regulator. Great job for a very fair price. He also did us a favor by replacing two pipes connected to our water softener. Appreciate his attention to details. Recommend the service!
