When I bought my house it came with a kitchen sink from hell. I bought the house in 2017 and have had to use Phend a few times. They were recommended to me by a buddy who remodels houses. The first time they came over we snaked and cleared the line for the night, then they came by the next day to jet out all the grease from the previous owner. While they were at it they installed a clean out for me in the backyard to try and remedy any problems I may have in the future. Fast forward 5 years or so… I come across another grease problem. So I utilize this clean out and try to apply some of my own plumbing skills with no luck. Tyler and his team were able to come out and jet the line for me and let me look at their camera footage to ensure the problem is fixed for good. However we discovered a crack in the cast iron piping. So I’m sure I’ll be seeing them again in the near future. Anyways, this company is so easy to work with. Their employees are nice to talk to, and very knowledgeable. I’m the kind of person who wants to learn about what’s going on and they are always willing to teach me. Their pricing always beats the competition too whenever I try and find other quotes. Phend has earned my business and they should earn yours too. Thanks guys.

Tyler came out because I was looking for a quote to replace a toilet flange. He was super honest with me and told me that this was something that was very easy and that I should be able to do it myself. Gave me some advice on that at no charge. Very great customer service. Would highly recommend.
