I have worked with Rainforest for many years and can only speak on the great service they provide everytime! I needed service today and they had their tech Peter out within the hour! He arrived quick, took his time to see what I needed and was very attentive and paid attention to every detail! Shortly after, I received my bid quickly and it was affordable. I will always recommend Rainforest for any plumbing need.

Just had Justin do our repairs on a house that our landlord has been neglecting. Justin was not only skilled, he was a super awesome guy to deal with. If the company needs more info on which Justin I refer to, please reach out. He was amazing.

Robert was willing to go the extra mile to make sure our residents and staff were completely comfortable during this transition of weather change. Our AC UNITS couldn’t keep up with the heatwave we are experiencing now. He stayed into the late hrs not leaving until the work was done. He was professional and kind to the residents and staff. Rainforest is a very trustworthy and thorough company. I have had them come install thermostats and do our annual AC tuneup and I’m always left impressed with their professionalism. 10/10 would recommend Rainforest!

Rainforest Plumbing has come to my residence twice now to help with plumbing issues. My first was a few years ago when a pipe burst in my house's concrete slab. They came and found the leak and suggested to install pex to run the new line. They were on time, professional, and had everything setup and situated. A few years later, I had a new issue with my kitchen and didn't want to go at it myself, and Rainforest was the first I thought of. They came the very next day on time, explained everything that happened and what they did, and next steps. Once again, they exceeded my expectations and were professional all the way through. I highly recommend them.

I called your office for the price of a service call for a plumber and I was told "there was no charge at less we do the work and you accept the price" . I had a compleate faucet set for my bathtub waiting and a bathtub faucet spout waiting. I was told that will be $585.00 to replace the whole set. I said no to that and ask how much for the faucet spout? Your plumber said : "I'll probably won't charge you for that" I appreciated and said Ok just put the spout. Then he said that it was $185.00 and asked me to signed. I was completely surprised because all he did is remove the hose that was connected to the water and put the spout on. If I had not called to ask for the price of the service call I would blame me for not asking questions. I was told by your office no charge if I didn't accept the work. You plumber said "no charge" How, then, I ended up with a $185.00 bill? I feel that it was very deceptive in your part. Sonia Schneider

Rainforest is always my first call when I have AC or plumbing issues. In January our water bill was through the roof and I had no idea why. I called rainforest to come check the plumbing and sure enough I had a minor leak that had been going on for awhile. They fixed it and our bill has been normal since. Highly recommend them to anyone!

Jake and Jose, did the BEST and professional AC replacement ever, since I've moved to Arizona. Jake's attention to detail, and workmanship, were excellent, and his customer service, was the best. Jake deserves a GREAT raise.
