Sultan is amazing! Super fast response time. Friendly, thorough, professional, and excellent quality service. I highly recommend S3 plumbing for every plumbing need. He replaced angle stops/shut off valves and replaced a kitchen faucet for us. So fast, so professionally done and even cleaned and organized everything so beautifully! He's awesome!

S3 came out to replace my toilet and valve. He was called out as part of a restoration due to an emergent water damage situation at my home. I've had many tradesmen in my house over the past few weeks and Sultan was absolutely the most professional, friendly and informative. As I am Neurodivergent, I typically need to know all the details of a situation as well as the 'whys' behind everything. Sultan explained everything in detail, why things were needed, what to expect, etc. I truly appreciate the time it takes to explain things and help me feel comfortable. Not only did he do an amazing job, he left my bathroom looking better than when he showed up. The painter had an absolute mess left in there. Sultan took the time to move the mess out, fix the plumbing, then place the painters items back in an organized, and neat manner. That did not go unnoticed, I appreciate this care so much. Generally only a family member would care enough to basically clean up after someone else. Thank you so much S3! I will absolutely be using you for my next project and recommending to everyone! 10/10, I absolutely recommend!

We were referred to S3 Plumbing and Sultan came out within a couple hours to look at a leak in our newly remodeled guest shower. He diagnosed the problem as a faulty part. Advised us to contact faucet manufacturer for a replacement part for an easy swap out that my husband can do. To our surprise, Sultan waived the service charge. Should we ever need a plumber in the future, we will definitely be calling S3 Plumbing. Sultan was very friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. Much appreciated 😊

- incredibly overpriced - S3 was available on the go. Sultan was great, friendly, and knowledgeable - however, just incredibly overpriced. We hired S3 plumbing to come a fix a leak. The fix was inserting two 90-degree angles. Our invoice was over 1k. We had a local company come to our home to assess and stated that we were taken advantage of and it should have cost no more than a couple hundred dollars, with the call-fee included. Also, S3 plumbing quoted us just shy of 2k to replace the water shut off valve and add a pressure regulator. However, the same local company came, and they stated with labor, that replacement of the cable with an added pressure regulator, and a couple more things thrown in, it was just a little over $600. We hired the local company to move forward with the above items are very happy and satisfied. Best customer service and quality work is guaranteed. As a previous customer of S3, it is incredibly disheartening to hear that we were taken advantage of and WAY overcharged. Having a leak in the home is already expensive and for S3 to take advantage and make us shell out over 1k to do two small placements of 90-degree angles, was a big cost for us that we had to pay. I do not want him to take advantage of anyone else by overcharging the industry standard, like we were. I don’t want you to also be taken advantage of and be overcharged for work that could’ve been done for much less.
