Last year, Stanley Brothers Plumbing & HVAC took care of my hot water heater replacement. The plumber, Giovanni, did an outstanding job, which has prompted me to fulfill my promise of writing a review. Giovanni was incredibly diligent and a pleasure to work with. When he realized the replacement unit he initially brought didn't suit my needs, he quickly coordinated to find a more appropriate fit. The company promptly dispatched someone with the right unit in no time. Working with Giovanni was a fantastic experience; he is a true professional. My overall experience with the company was highly positive. A friend of mine, who is also a plumber but was unavailable at the time, recommended I contact Stanley Brothers Plumbing & HVAC. He assured me they were an ethical company that operates in a way reminiscent of traditional plumbing businesses, which he meant as a compliment. From the first call to the completion of the job, my experience was excellent.

He performed an outstanding job, maintained cleanliness, and was very pleasant. We queried him about a distasteful odor in these rooms, assuming we would need to book another appointment. However, he immediately addressed the issue by pulling both toilets and replacing the seals, effectively eliminating the unpleasant smell. Mateo's workmanship and dedication deserve high praise. Adding yet again to my review, Giovanni paid us a second visit recently. On this occasion, he installed two new electrical outlets in our garage, a service we were in need of. Like previous visits, Giovanni's work was exceptional. He is consistently friendly and meticulous in his work. We've consistently been satisfied with the timely and courteous service, always arriving as scheduled. I can't recommend their services enough. They truly are top-notch!
