Jay and his crew were professional and thorough. They were knowledgeable, if I had questions they had the answers. If something more was needed they brought it to my attention immediately (ie: my new heater from another company needed more parts, we all worked together to finish the job). Kind and polite, showed great respect for my property. The price for completion of the gas line was very reasonable. Thanks Jay! Well had Jay’s crew out again, this time for plumbing a new water main with a pressure release and shut off valves as well as a pool spritzer valve they all had started leaking. As usual the guys did an awesome job and a reasonable price. Thanks again Jay!

Updated review: We had the water heater leaking issue all homeowners dread. As per usual, Jay and his crew were amazing. He was able to get us taken care of same day and educated us on options. Although it is pricier we went with the tankless water heater. Every time I need to use them, I feel fortunate to have found this company!! The reviews don’t lie. When we moved to AZ the former homeowner was kind enough to leave me Jay’s information and we’ve been with him since. By far the most honest and customer focused company you could find for your needs. ESPECIALLY given the a/c world is riddled with unknown and high charges. Just recently Patrick (he’s our main tech and has been with us for years now) spent 4 hours at our house due to a blown fuse in the control board in our attic. Most places would have just changed it and been on the way. Patrick insisted on finding the why. I’m so grateful to Jay and his team. Also - they are a small crew and he often can’t get out same day (think a/c emergency in July) but he will refer you. Tell you what he thinks it is, about how much it should be and if it’s more - he will get on the phone with them himself. Thank you Jay and the team for all you do!

Jay Monday provided amazing customer service. His communication, promptness, response to our questions and explanation of a solution to our situation was exceptional. Throughout the whole process he communicated his plan and he exceeded our expectations. The crew sent out was also very professional and courteous. We highly recommend working with them for an excellent experience.

Jay was very quick to return my request for a quote to replace the main water line at my home due to corrosion and being 25 years old. His quote was honest and upfront and very reasonable. His scheduler contacted me and worked with me to find a date that worked for me since my schedule is all over the place working as a EMS flight nurse. They even kept me up to date with a few text messages to ensure the date still worked for me. Patrick the tech arrived on time and greeted me with a professional attitude and assured me what the job would entail and an approximate time to finish the job. He was finished a little before the 2 hour window he quoted me and the install was nicely done. No messes left behind. Shortly after Patrick had left I received a personal phone call from Jay and he wanted to make sure that the install went well, if I was happy with the work and also made me aware that his company also does other household needs and repairs. He was very professional and I also felt like he actually cared about his businesses name and character. I felt more like a friend than a repair order number. Definitely will use his company in the future and refer them to friends as they are what “professional “ looks like to me.

Jay Was prompt at returning my call and we set up a quick appointment time. Patrick was the young man that came out to my house. He was professional kind and very knowledgeable. He got my shower up and running, and I couldn’t be happier! After the service call, Jay followed up to see how everything went. Don’t see customer service like that anymore and I so appreciate the two of them. I would recommend the cooling and plumbing company to anyone all day long.
