Outstanding Service from Ruben at The Plumber! I can’t say enough good things about Ruben & the company “The Plumber!”Ruben came out to inspect a leak under my kitchen sink and my master bathroom faucet that was put on an inspection report because I sold my home. From start to finish, he was knowledgeable, professional, and honest. He took the time to explain That there were no leaks and went onto to show me nothing was leaking. He did put a clamp on the hose under the sink. Beyond his expertise, Ruben was friendly and wonderful, making the entire experience stress-free. It’s clear that The Plumber hires only the best, and now I understand why they have five stars and outstanding reviews—they truly deliver top-notch service! Ruben responded quickly for an urgent water pressure issue. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and polite and asked questions to thoroughly understand the situation. He fixed the issue quickly and included it in the free estimate when he could have easily upsold me! He earned my trust and we will definitely be a repeat customer for all of our plumbing needs. I highly recommend The Plumber AZ! My call to the office was taken by very friendly lady. Once Josh arrived he found we needed a new faucet. We bought a faucet + Chad came out the next day to install. Both these Plumbers were very friendly + knowledgeable. They text/email you with your scheduled appointment + also give you a heads up when they’re on their way. It’s so nice to work with experienced, knowledgeable professionals!! This company is amazing and so friendly. I delt with Chad and he fixed the urgent issue fast and cleaned up everything after. I had another issue a few days later with the need of someone to install all new faucet and I was lucky to get Chad again. He took care of everything for us. They will be my plumber as long as I live in AZ.

The Plumber is a great company to have on your contacts. I've used them quite a few times for different jobs and they always answer the phone and come out when they say they are. Stratton is easy to talk to. He explains the job in detail that need to be done. Great job to everyone at the Plumber!

Highly recommend them. It was so hard to find a plumber and the ones I have used weren't that knowledgeable. But The Plumber was amazing. They are very knowledgeable, affordable, explains everything in great detail, respectful and very patient with all the questions we had. Thank you so very much!!

Ruben was timely and worked very efficiently. He was also knowledgeable, very friendly, and quite easy to talk to. I appreciated how he explained in just the right amount of detail exactly what he was going to do, then what he actually did. This was my first time utilizing the services of The Plumber, and I have to say that I was extremely impressed with Ruben and with the company's office personnel, Alexis. I'll definitely be back!
