Called yesterday, new water heater installed today! Alex is a nice down to earth professional. He explained what needed to be done and showed me how to use the shut off valve, both at the heater and my main water source. He got rid of extra, old plumbing lines and stuck valves (see pic of clean install) He checked his work at least 3 different times before he left and cleaned up the area. I now have him in my contact list of reliable service people on my phone. Great job.

Alex capably took care of a problem with a water line leak under our house extremely difficult to reach, under less-than-ideal conditions. The work was done in a quick, efficient and professional manner. Alex is a very amicable person to deal with and clearly explained the work that needed to be done, beforehand. Alex was quick and prompt in setting up a maintenance appointment with me when I left a message. I showed him the leak problem I was having and he gave me several options as to how he could fix it, depending on what materials and how I wanted the finish product to look like. Alex installed two under mount sinks in a master bath for me. Other plumbers I contacted would not install sinks and pointed me to counter top contractors. When I contacted Alex, he said he could do the work that same day. From first call to finished project was a mere four hours. He was professional and courteous. I highly recommend him and his business.

We called Alex to replace our bad water heater. He was able to arrive at the best time for us and get it changed in a very short time. He explained everything that he was doing thoroughly.
