Plumbing Masters

This is the second time we have used Plumbing Masters. Our technician was DAVID HEURING was fantastic. We had him out for what we thought was a small leak and he identified, and explained really well, a much larger pressure issue and another leak. He walked us through the issues really well, gave us a great price, offered a membership to increase savings and warranty, and then did EXCELLENT work. He communicated really well throughout the job and kept us updated. He even went above and beyond to double check things in the house after.

I got a old house with cast iron and clay drainage. I knew it was only a matter of time before something bad would happen. Plumbing Masters worked on a neighbor's house recently so I contacted them to help me. Job was completed. I can only mention that the crew was outstanding. Particularity Manny and Neal. Manny keep me posted daily (this was a three day job) on the work plan for the day. Neal did the heavy lifting and provided team leadership. The whole team was outstanding. Plumbing Masters gave me a 15 year warranty on their work.

I walked into my garage to get into my car one morning around 9:50a, only to notice that the pan under my hot water heater was full of water. I called a friend who suggested that I contact Plumbing Masters, and I am happy I took her advice. While I was away at my appointment I called and the very friendly professional representative who answered the phone arranged for Saul to come to my house to look at the situation. Saul arrived at my house, shortly before 12:30p, and after examination, determined my hot water heater was unrepairable. He presented me with options, without any pressure or hard-sell. Once I made my decision, he went to work - removed my thirteen-year-old unit (which I knew had been on its last leg for quite some time), took it away and he returned with the new unit, that also included all new connectors, etc., to do the installation. After the installation and cleanup of the area, he patiently explained the basics of the heater including how to use the gas and water shut-off valves. It is clear he not only knows his profession, but he really enjoys it. The entire process took less than three hours and now I have a beautiful hot water heater and peace of mind that when I turn on the hot water faucet, I’ll have hot water. I personally know two customers (the friend who gave me the recommendation and myself) who experienced excellent customer service from Plumbing Masters – I highly recommend Saul and this company.

Michael responded quickly when I discovered a leak in my outdoor water supply. He quoted and described a few options to repair and helped me consider those options. He completed the work quickly and professionally and it really looks great too! Thanks Michael!

Miguel was very polite. He carefully explained every step of his process and included prices of each step w/o me having to ask. He called for camera support from Casey who identified the problem. And, the two were able to provide solutions, timelines, and costs. This was probably my best experience with any plumbing company that I've ever used. Definitely a 5☆ experience!

Levi replaced our water softener today. He was very polite and professional. He arrived within a hour of my call which was important because we had to turn our water off to the house. Levi worked quickly to assure we had running water as soon as possible. He also made sure we had the necessary information to make the right choice for our new softener. Thank you Levi
