Matt H. Was amazing from beginning to end! We had a main line leak. I was so worried it would take forever, But they were fast, careful and so considerate. He even noticed we has just reseeded and look how great it grew after!! Would highly recommend them!

I’ve used Reddi Services for over 9 years. They are always respectful and thorough. Inspect my faucets and drains and empty my hot water heater. Knowing my heat and cooling is ready for the year is reassuring to me. They clean up and talk to me about my systems. They text me on the way and I know who is coming. Love doing business with them. Can’t go wrong with them.

Our drain was clogged causing both bathroom toilets to overflow. We’re on an inflexibly tight budget so cost comparisons and service reviews mattered. Reddi Services were the most competitive price wise and our technician, Alex, was fast thorough and professional. He cleared our drain and cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend Reddi Services to friends, family, colleagues and associates.

Our tech, Matt Mattox, was on time, professional and knowledgeable, and completed the service quickly. He replaced the thermostat in our guesthouse and completed a full tuneup on the heat pump. Robin had called to let us know Matt was on the way. Overall great service from Reddi Services and I highly recommend them.

Pepe has done some major work on the pipes in our older home so when we started having issues with other pipes, I of course called and asked for Pepe. He was absolutely amazing. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He explained the issues and what needed to be done. I will definitely call and request Pepe for all of my plumbing needs.

Marco was super nice! All done in a couple hours. Drained, returned the old one to Home Depot (under warranty) and brought the new one back and installed. He's very polite and even advised which one was better which we upgraded to. The price of install was pretty steep is the only negative.

The day before I called Reddi I had called another local plumber. I explained the issue exactly the same way, that my bathrooms were backed up and that I needed a rooftop cleanout with a snake (older home in Phx). The other plumber sent 2 jokers very late in the day who weren't even prepared to do the job, then charged me $175 to supposedly clean out 1 toilet so I could have that working while they had their 'other' team with the snake come. Well I found out later that this company doesn't even go up on roofs! Plus I only got 1 flush before the toilet backed up again! I called Reddi in a desperation and they sent someone over within 2 hours, had the proper equipment (a snake and a ladder, lol) and he fixed it up, explained why it happened and how to avoid future issues. Was fast, efficient, and affordable!

Our kitchen sink dishwasher and washing machine were draining slow with gurgling in the kitchen sink when the washing machine drained. Pepe arrived early listened to the issue and got to work cleaning out the drain pipes. When he was done he asked that I run water in the kitchen sink and drain water from the washing machine at the same time. He wanted to make sure he resolved the issue and I am happy to report he did. He also took a minute to address another issue with a bathroom sink and was able to resolve the issue in a matter of minutes. Pepe is awesome and Reddi Services hires amazing people.
