CJ explained the job and prices and answered all of my questions. He worked quickly and my house and bathroom looked the same when he left as when he arrived I also definitely appreciated that he patiently answered all of my questions. My bathroom shower and faucets look great !! So nice to get a job done so well

We had issues when using the regen on our water softener. Trident was able to come out quickly and give me the options to resolve. We wanted to move forward with a new unit and they sent over a quote and were patient while we saved up for it. Just installed today. Very thorough, great communication and done quickly. Thank you!

This company really cares about their customers and wanted to ensure my family was getting the cleanest, healthiest water possible. Can’t recommend Trident Plumbing and Drain enough. Very professional, friendly and so great to work with. I had them in stall a brand new water softening, RO system, kitchen sink and garbage disposal and I’m very happy with the end result. Mike the technician did a fantastic job and was great to work with.

I’m extremely grateful for Trident’s Plumbing help with my clogged toilet issue. CJ was super kind and able to clear the clog quickly. It was a gross job but he remained professional which made me feel comfortable and less embarrassed. They got to my house within 2 hours which was an awesome response time. The few other plumbing companies I called didn’t have any room in their schedules to help. Also, before CJ arrived I received a text with his photo and a short bio on him. I thought that was unique and professional and another aspect that made me feel more comfortable. I would definitely call Trident again.

On the day of my scheduled appointment, it was great you guys called saying Tyler Rose was on his way. I then received a text with a picture and a little info on Tyler. He arrived before the expected time with a smile. I took him upstairs where the problem was. He assessed the situation and gave me an estimate of what it would cost explaining every issue we had. I agreed on the fair price and he checked his schedule. He would be able to replace and repair the problem the next day. He arrived once again a little before the estimate time and went to work! He finished the job and didn’t leave a mess. I definitely would recommend Trident Plumbing and will use them again in the future. This company is friendly, fast, & fair! And if all of your plumbers are anything like Tyler Rose, you guys are winners! Tyler gets my 5 STARS! Thank you Trident.
