I was dreading dealing with it over the weekend, but James came through in a big way. He was at my house within an hour of my call and had a brand-new water heater installed and running in less than three hours. Fast, efficient, and professional! The pricing was more than fair, especially given the urgency of the situation. But what really set them apart was their dedication to customer service. Two days later, I noticed some water pooling in my laundry room and panicked, thinking it was an issue with the new installation. James came back out at no charge, thoroughly inspected everything, and quickly determined that the leak had nothing to do with the water heater—it was actually coming from my washing machine. I came home from work and my main line to the street was leaking and backing up- no way this could wait until morning. James was at my house within the hour to diagnose the problem. He used their state of the art camera to show me the mess of roots that had grown into the line. He freed it up enough to get through the night, giving me options for next steps. I had him come back the next day with high power equipment and he was able to 100%clear the line and show me that the integrity of the pipe was still solid.
