Lopez & Mark were very helpful with the plumbing in my apartment! Lopez explained every step to me and they cleaned up after! They went above and beyond into making sure everything was fixed and took their time. Would very much recommend using this company!!

Alliance has been great for us, always quick to respond to our emergencies and they provide us with great pricing and great customer service. Chris Bocanegra explains everything in detail and is very patient with me when I don’t understand the repairs. Highly recommend the company!!!

I haven't used the service, but I will say I drove next to one of their employee/vans and dude was a great driver. Letting people in, driving safely but efficiently. If their capacity for driving is an indication of the quality of service, I'm sold

This bad review has nothing to do with their services as I never used them, this is strictly about one of their drivers. The almost incident happened minutes ago on Monday 2/24/25 just before 6pm on busy North I-51 after Northern Avenue. In my rear mirror I saw white van approaching at high speed but due to heavy traffic I was not able to move out of the middle lane. I could see he applied brakes and I almost got hit, van was literally 2 inches from rear ending me. He kept pushing me and in the next few seconds he managed to squeeze in between me and the car that was on my right. He kept going and zig zagging between multiple vehicles. He was probably speeding at 90+ miles per hour. Not even emergency vehicles do this dangerous maneuver. It all happened too fast, when he was next to me when he passed over the driver looked like light built with curly dark hair. I recommend company do some investigation on this.

I had a leak in my Condo and Daniel S at alliance got the job done when no one else could get it done. They charged a fair price and he stayed as late as it took to make sure the job was done right! I 100% recommended Daniel!

I am a tenant at Mercury On Mill apartments in Tempe Arizona. This property is owned and operated by Silver Star Realty. The complex and hundreds of residents have been struggling without any hot water for months. The office takes no responsibility for this ongoing issue and blames the lack of hot water on the contractors they work with. Alliance has the opportunity to respond now, and I would appreciate hearing your experience working with management at our site. I'm not sure why it's so difficult to fix the water heater/boiler at a $56.5 M complex.

This people are a joke… they leave us in Ten O1 apartments without water supposedly cause a repair they did have a pinhole… property cut water for that repair purposes at 9am is 11pm and no water still. 4 different Alliance trucks/probably like 5 techs (cant call them plumbers cause they even fix the problem yet and probably they even have a licensed). End of the story I’m ready to go bed without shower after a long work day thanks to this super alliance fake plumbing company and my apartment complex manager who hired this monkeys to do plumbing …Hope the owner of this company hired real plumbers to fixed a pinhole in proper time next time!!!

One of Alliance Plumbing's drivers was dangerously swerving through traffic at 90 mph and nearly hitting multiple cars, including myself. I was about to call the cops to give them his license plate number when he cut off more drivers exiting the 60 on Dobson almost causing an accident. The owner needs to address this before someone gets hurt and negatively effects your business. *Monday Feb 24 2025 at around 530pm on the 60 and Dobson. *I'll delete my review once I know this guy has been fired.
