We got the 6-stage RO system and had never had a RO system before. Scheduling was easy and fast. The installers were professional, friendly, and informative. Prices were very reasonable. Water tastes great. Highly recommend.

Today was the first time using this Company. Brandon sent a Text message that he was on his way. Included a photo of himself. Brandon arrived, greeted me, and went to work. I had several questions about my systems, and he answered each question with great detail. He knew his stuff. Completed the requested service and explained the cost of service. This is a solid company that provides a great service at a fair price. Hard to find these days. Will use again when needed.

American Home Water & Air installed my brand new Bosch system. They were professional, knowledgeable, and punctual! From start to finish. Extremely impressed by this company! I can’t say that about every company I’ve worked with in Arizona. They offered me several discounts too, which sure helped the budget! There was extra work required from a drywall company and they took care of all of that at no extra charge. I had zero issues with this company and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I’m incredibly disappointed that I have to write a bad review for this company. We have had 2 water softeners and an RO system installed by them over the years. Admittedly, we did not change the filters in our RO system for a long time and the water pressure decreased significantly so I called to have the filters changed. The technician that came out turned the RO faucet on and tested the water, and the moved the tank a little bit. He then said we need a whole new $700 system because we didn’t change the filters. We declined the new system and he left. I called the office to say we felt like the tech really didn’t do anything and it was just a sales pitch. The office said he’s one of their best techs and he was just trying to save us the $80 diagnostics fee. I told her we didn’t want a new system, and she quoted us $400 to replace the filters and the tank- and then said it’s pretty much the cost of a new system… obviously it is not. She then said she would send us a quote for the repairs… still waiting on that. End of the long story- we changed the filters on our own for $50 and the pressure is fixed and the water tastes great.

We've used American Home Water & Air for an RO System, Soft Water System, hose bib repair, maintenance on the systems and now a new hot water heater. Great team that comes out and I appreciate the ease of scheduling and getting quotes. Prices reasonable and very competitive to anywhere else we've looked.

Jorge from AHWA just installed my 40 gallon hot water heater & I'm so in love. He was kind, professional & was a pleasure to work with. I paid approx. $1,899 which is a full $1,000 cheaper than what my normal service pros wanted for this repair. Setting up the appointment was easy and I was able to get installed the next day! Had an amazing experience with AHWA!!! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and shared info with me every step of the way. We got a new AC unit and all new duct work. Would highly recommend.
