Belsito Plumbing

I called Belsito Plumbing with an urgent matter and unlike other companies they were very responsive and had a plumber at my home within an hour. The plumber who serviced my issue, Tyler Medina, was very friendly, polite and professional. He diagnosed my problem quickly, acquired the needed parts quickly and my problem was resolved at the end of the day. I highly recommend Belsito Plumbing and most definitely recommend Tyler.

Below Edited 12.04.2024... This has been a long time coming but I didn't think to update my Google review of Belsito Plumbing. Until today, when I saw their name online and my blood pressure rose. I still feel that Andrew and Nick were friendly. Now for the update. I was having an issue with my newly installed ac unit within a few months. I have called during business hours, left voicemails and sent online requests for contact, with no response. I was also told my purchase included a wifi enabled thermostat. I got a non wifi and featureless thermostat in it's place. When I asked where the other one was, I was told they didn't have any and this is what they had. I'm left with this feeling of "take the money and run." This was just my individual experience and doesn't mean you will have the same. Above Edited 12.04.2024... Andrew and Nick from Belsito are amazing. Professional and friendly from start to finish. They listed to my concerns, identified the issues, customized a solution and got me taken care of immediately. Belsito in general has been great. I put in a request for an quote online on Angies List and on direct websites. They contacted me within 15 minutes listening to my issues. Other's took days and even more never responded. I am extremely satisfied with Belsito, especially Andrew and Nick.

Outstanding professional service. Ty was very knowledgeable , polite and fixed all the issues. Additional mention of the cleanliness after he ended the work. Highly recommend this professional.

I am very impressed with Belsito. Their office team is very responsive and professional. Jerry was assigned to our service call and we are very happy with his skills and knowledge. He was able to get our issue taken care of quickly and provide insight about what happened. Unfortunately our plumbing is cast iron and very old (1950's). I was able to see on his scope camera what the condition on the main sewer pipe is in real time, so there are no questions about the reality of the situation. We are going to need to have our sewer plumbing replaced, sooner than later, and I will 100% use Belsito to get the job done correctly. Jerry showed me photos of similar jobs and walked through the job requirements, describing exactly what would be involved and why. Although we are bummed that we'll have to have this done, I respect the honesty and integrity shown by Jerry and his entire team. Good to know that they offer financing! I would happily recommend Belsito to our Family, Friends, and Neighbors.

We have called Belsito Plumbing for our plumbing needs several times and we know they will get the job done and done well. Josh is the best! Professional, knowledgeable and efficient! We also had an emergency on a Saturday and Jerry helped us out-he was great too!

Richard came out, traced clean outs and diagnosed a bad septic tank. He then gave us a fair and comprehensive estimate to install a lift station and run 1300' of abs. He worked extremely hard and got everything done at a very high level. Very impressed.

Jerry did a fine job putting in my new septic tank. I had one put in 23 years ago and it was bad and needed replaced so I contacted Belsito Plumbing as they did one for me 3 years ago at another property. It needed to be permitted and that I heard was a lengthy ordeal from other plumbing companies. So I think it was about 3 weeks and he got the permit and came right out . Removed old septic tank and installed new one. Everything was smooth but at inspection was told I needed 2 risers. So that was an additional fee but all installed well and inspected. Very easy to desk with and kept me updated and communicated everything well. I would use again.

Not pleased at all. Mr Robinson came to check out water leak by the Buckeye water meter. With out checking the valve next to the leak and between the meter where the leak was pouring out he just covered up leak with dirt. Then with no detection equipment advised the leak was somewhere with in the 25 ft of pipe laid between water meter and our home. Then gave us a quote for $6500. The next morning our construction mgr called to advise our home was still under warranty as only 14 months old. They sent Brewer plumbing and the leak was coming from the valve as wasn't seeded correctly. He took valve off fixed the seeding and leak was fixed. He guaranteed leak wasn't in the piping between meter and home, as Mr Robinson indicated. Your company billed us a 3% restocking charge for the new piping and probably a new valve. We are very discouraged with your companies technician, guessing in the problem. At this we'd not recommend your company.
