Found out we had a leak near the meter which was making all the dirt mud around it, had a couple of quotes from other companies before calling Custom Plumbing out for a quote. Cameron arrived, was very knowledgeable and helpful, was able to price match to a competitor. We decided to move forward with them and am very happy. Cameron was out this morning, arriving a little early which is always nice, did all the work and was done in about 4 hours. Excellent work and would highly recommend.

Andrew came by and was able to fix our issue quickly. He gave us great advice on how to fix and save money. So nice to see trustworthy people like him. I highly recommend custom for any plumbing needs

On Tuesday 1/28/2025 the General Manager (Jessie) Reached out to me and was able to address my concerns by listening to what happen with me being upset about my experience. On Thursday 1/30/2025 Jessie came over and took care of my plumbing issues and he was such a pleasure to talk to ! My husband and I appreciate his effort to fixed the issues that caused me to call them in the first place and though I felt some type a way because of my experience ….it would be because of HIM that I will call them again! Great to work with and truly an asset to Custom Plumbing (my opinion) educated and knowledge helped to turn my situation around. Jessie went above and beyond. Thank you again

Would like to thank these guys for an excellent and thorough job. I manage a small motel. They cleared my main line and ran an inspection camera all for a very fair price. I had a few other larger companies come out and Custom Plumbing gave us the most honest ,accurate advice and information. They came out after hours and did an awesome job, Very Honest company . I really appreciate your work and time !

Brett showed up ready to get to work on main line leak. He did take the time to look at the issue and project and proper time to professionally formulate the quote. Good pricing and what quoted up front was what I paid. Ran into another pipe configuration issue, brought out his supervisor to fix correct and could have charged more. Got a new customer here in Ahwatukee! 😉

We needed our sewer pipes replaced (rusted out iron pipes). We were overwhelmed with the project and explored several plumbing companies and settled on Custom Plumbing. We were very happy with every employee we worked with. They were honest and the team (especially Tony and Henry who were there for five days) showed up ready to work hard and work smart. We will use Custom Plumbing again!

Stop what you’re doing and call a different plumber!! These guys charge 3x more than the job should cost on everything. I had a shower valve installed and was charged almost 1k!! Had several plumbers over after that said it’s a $350 job AND it wasn’t done correctly. Leaving 35 year old pipes that could have easily been replaced for a few dollars.

I had a leak underneath my driveway. I had received 3 quotes prior to Ignacio showing up. Ignacio was very thorough, he took photos showed me exactly what the problem was. You let me know exactly what I would pay for the service and offered options of financing if needed. Good news is the repair was cheaper than what he thought.
