I had recently had an electrical issue at my home and Francisco & Matt did an outstanding job diagnosing and fixing the problem. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the issue in a way I could understand. The repair was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. Francisco ensured everything was up to code and even went the extra mile to check that there were no other potential issues. Wesley came out and did a thorough check on our plumbing. Much to our surprise and disappointment, we found our inspector missed several critical components when he did the buyers inspection. Wesley gave us pricing and then fixed the items we identified for immediate repair. He was neat, clean and fast. I would not say they we inexpensive, but you pay for what you get, and Wesley did a great job. I will have him back when we are ready to pay for more work!

I called them early in the morning and was told they could have a plumber out within an hour or so to take a look at my water softener (which was installed in 1998 and having issues). Ricardo called to let me know he was on his way and arrived within the hour. Took a look and confirmed what needed to be done - we sat down and went over a few options. I okayed the work and he started immediately prepping the area while they arranged for drop off of the new unit. I can’t believe they were able to have everything installed and up and running the same day. I had another company quote it and they told me 3 - 5 days - and although the other company was slightly cheaper I felt instantly comfortable with Ricardo and had decided to go with George Brazil instead. I’m so happy with them - from start to finish they made it easy and stress free. I would not hesitate to recommend them and if you can get your pick of the tech I recommend asking for Ricardo.

I was given an appointment 8a-10a for a leaking HWH. Customer service was in constant contact by text and phone. David arrived on time and determined the HWH tank was leaking and there was no possible repair for heater. David gave me an estimate for a new electric HWH, expansion tank and plumbing. I accepted and David went to work. He had everything he needed on the truck including the HWH. No having to leave for parts and coming back to do the job. About two hours later I had a shiny new 50 gallon HWH, expansion tank and plumbing. George Brazil uses Bradford White heaters which are much better quality than AO Smith. I have a water softener and we know softeners are hard on HWH's but my original Bradford White lasted 8 years and the AO Smith only lasted 3 years plus it had a problem with the anode rod from day one. Lastly, if you require a new expansion tank per city code it will cost you more for the new tank and plumbing. I will continue to call George Brazil for my plumbing needs. PS, I did not purchase a membership and there was no pressure to do so.

Adam G and Nick T are absolutely fantastic technicians. They are both so professional and friendly. We had serious electrical issues with our 45 year home. Adam replaced the main breaker in the electrical panel and did a whole home circuit restoration. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained the process as he worked. Nick returned months later when he installed a new circuit for a mister fan and an indoor ceiling fan. Both of them are terrific representatives for George Brazil proving customer service is a priority. Thanks guys you are the best.

The plumber, Tanner, Took an extraordinary links to get the job done. This is why I hate plumbing, it’s never a simple job. Tanner was able to get it done in a very timely matter. You took the time to explain all steps. Make sure the job was done and was working well. Cleaned up after himself that never looked like anything happened. Thank you very much

Scheduled an appointment 1 week in advance for them to come out and check our sewer line. I was informed they have limited staff with camera equipment. They said they would be at our home between 8am and 5pm on the date scheduled. I did receive a call from the office staff in the morning informing me they are running behind and the technician would call on his way. I received a second call at 2:10pm informing me they can't make it and would like to reschedule. So I wasted 8 hrs of my life waiting at home for nothing. Although the office staff member was kind and apologetic, she made no offer to make me want to give them a second chance. Bye Bye.. on to your competitor I go.

My disconnect service switch on the breaker box blew overnight, leaving our home without power. A tech was able to come out fairly quickly after first contact. I am grateful for that. He was very kind and went above and beyond when it came to answering my questions. However, I feel taken advantage of. Given the circumstance, I had already gone over 8 hours without power so I was at the mercy of his proposal. With a 5% military discount I was told it would cost $840 to ONLY replace the disconnect switch. I agreed. What else was I to do? A single mom with toddler children. He really got me when he said $2300 to replace all the fuses and the disconnect switch. I fell for it. I should have researched it, but I was under dire stress and was up all night trying to get my power back on. After having researched the part and other electricians, this was/is highway robbery. Please do your due diligence. I hope this review saves whoever is reading this some money. I should have just let all of the food in my fridge spoil as it would have been more affordable to replace and get a second opinion.
