I called yesterday afternoon, and they were incredibly helpful. They promptly sent over a highly experienced person who was exceptional. His name is Tom, and if any of my friends ever have a problem, I will recommend they call Green Star and request Thomas to resolve their plumbing issue. He was professional, efficient, polite, and genuinely kind. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would—he is that deserving.
