Gio and Ivan did a fantastic job installing a new rooftop unit, ductless mini-split, and handling the electrical work. They arrived a little early and completed the project efficiently. Both were highly professional and friendly throughout, even going the extra mile—Gio managed to multitask by installing the mini-split while keeping my crazy dachshund entertained with a game of fetch. The quality of their work was excellent, and they took the time to explain everything clearly before they left. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with the outstanding service and workmanship provided today. Thank you!

Had the best experience with Hobaica Services! They installed a 5 ton AC Pro Variable speed system, and I couldn’t be more happy. The techs really made the experience better. If you can get Ivan and Daniel. I would request their service personally. These guys answered all the questions I had (I’m an engineer so I asked a lot), they answered all of them and were really helpful.

Our furnace was not operating properly. We called set up an appointment for the next day!! Anthony Buck was our kind, courteous and knowledgeable service person. He did a great job!! Diagnosed the problem, explained the issue, and repaired it on the spot. BTW our furnace was manufactured prior to Anthony's birth, but he fixed it!! Very pleased with this company and would definitely recommend them!

I am so gratefully and very satisfied of the customer service that was given to my family by your technician Dylan Palaschak. I installed my brand new water heater myself and the after I did all the work my water heater gas control valve was defective. I had called Hobaica Plumbing to scheduled for a gas water heater valve replacement and it got scheduled for Friday. Dylan came out the Thursday night before my scheduled appointment and replaced the bad gas valve for the new one. Dylan had called me prior to coming out, which was after hours that he could fix it and have hot water for my family since he knew we had been out for a couple of days without. All I can say is Hobaica is lucky to have and amazing employee like Dylan Palaschak that goes above and beyond to make customers his number 1 priority. My family and I thank you for coming to the rescue!!

Ok, so I’m not one to write reviews, just not my thing. Our experience, however, with Hobaica so far has been impressive every step of the way. They replaced our cooling and heating unit. The installation took their employees longer than expected due to some unforeseen setbacks. Despite these, they kept us in the decision making loop and took their time to make sure that the installation was done properly. It was not an easy job, you could tell, but it didn’t fluster them at any point throughout the day. Come to find out, one of their employees, who had been at our home from 8:00 am till 9:30 pm, was still needing to go home and celebrate his wedding anniversary. He was determined to finish the job before he left….all while it rained on him and another employee for a few hours towards the end of the day. We were extremely pleased with their dedication to getting the job done right, no matter how long it took and no matter the weather conditions. We feel confident that any needed services we receive in the future will be just as impressive. AND….they were the friendliest…all of them!!!(quite funny as well) Thank you, Hobaica…and Andy and Sergio!

I purchased the Total Care Package. I was thinking it would just be for the twice yearly maintenance. It is so much more. It was so easy to just call and make an appointment for the ladder service. Conner called with an expected arrival time and brought the ladder. He replaced all my kitchen ceiling light bulbs, bathroom and changed my batteries in smoke detectors. He did a great job. Thank you
