I called in on a Thursday afternoon and spoke with a young lady named Andrea to help fix my clogged sink and toilet. The next morning Dustin called and was here at 7:30AM. He arrived and had my restroom up and running within 2hrs of his time!! This is by far the best service I have ever received from any company. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO NUFLOW ANYTIME!! Thank you Andrea for your rapid response and awesome customer Service and concern about my disabled father!! Dustin thank you for your hard work I am forever grateful!!! Nuflows team is by far the best!!!

These guys were awesome. They checked all our pipes and lucky for us everything was fine. Mike Shaha and his co-worker were super nice, friendly, took their time and seemed to really care about our home. I was very impressed with them.

The communication from Nu Flow has been very difficult to work with. When they first sent someone out the crew had turned off my water and removed my toilet in the only bathroom. They left without letting me know if I was ok to use the toilet. I had to call my rep who quickly advised I was able to use it. There were other issues that came up and they ended up having to come back but no one reached out for several days on when someone would be coming back. I had to reach out before I was provided dates. The job finally got finished but now I have not received the after video of the work completed that is stated I will receive in my contract. I have emailed twice, called and left a voicemail and texted my rep with no reply for over 4 days now.

We recently had to replace a collapsed drain pipe after it was damaged by root growth. NuFlow came out quickly to provide a quote, which was thorough and included scope footage to show us the damage. Their quote was much more reasonable than others we had gotten, and they scheduled the work quickly, even though it was around the holidays. Work was completed in one day, and was followed up by additional scope footage to show what had been completed. Everyone we dealt with was professional and helpful. If you need pipe repairs and don’t want to deal with ripping up your yard and landscaping I would highly recommend working with NuFlow.

I can't say thank you enough to Nu Flow. It's been a few years now since I last used their services but they came out and serviced my previous home and current home. My previous home I was quoted by plumbers over $38K to fix the issue and Nu Flow did it for $8K. My current home was quoted at $48K and Nu Flow did it for $10K. HUGE difference!! I've referred them out several times and everyone has nothing but great things to say about them. Don't let plumbers rip your home apart when Nu Flow can save you headaches, heartaches, time and money! I absolutely LOVE this company and Highly recommend them. Nu Flow lined and repaired my main pipes. All technicians were in house, no outside contractors. They were all knowledgeable, courteous and diligent. They explained what they were going to do and did it. My pipes are like new. The support staff were all courteous, and to the point. I couldn't be happier. Nu Flow did an excellent job.

I am going through the process of some sewer line repairs and having our house sewer relined, and so far they have been great! The price was honestly more than I hoped, but there were also more work needed than I initially wanted(this was confirmed by several companies) and they are well worth the price. We signed a contract for a 3 day job and twice we got rescheduled for earlier than expected so now we are going to be done before our initially expected start date. During day 1 they found that part of the job would not need to be soon, which saved some money, but also found some unexpected damage underneath. In the end even with an update to the job our price remained the same. Both crews that came out were professional and friendly. Throughout the process they have had great communication and have done great work. We have 1 last expected day of work, I will update if anything changes. I would highly recommend getting a quote and going with them.
