I just had a new water heater installed. Jason was the technician and he was great. Everything was put in perfectly and Jason was friendly , courteous and made sure we were properly taken care of. Thank you Jason for the hot water.

Sky is such a nice person from start to finish he was kind and very knowledgeable … he was awesome with our son with special needs even gave him a penguin hat and made his day! I am pleased with the product and service I received from Penguin Air, Plumbing and Electrical. Their plumbing technician, Jason, came to provide an estimate to replace a water heater. He was thorough in explaining all options and I felt no pressure in purchasing anything I didn't need. After consideration, we chose to go with a tankless heater. The price provided was very competitive. The next day, Jason came to install it, along with Taylor. Both were informative and answered any questions I had. They explained all aspects of the install and once done provided an overview of the equipment and the operation of the system. I have never been more pleased with my service. Jason has been unbelievably helpful. He was able to tend to my house with a sense of urgency. Not only did he do this, but he explained reasons why my issues were occurring. He then taught me about the different ways we could go about fixing them. He was very honest, respectful, efficient, and professional. I was honestly very upset when he completed the job Because that meant he wasn’t going to be around anymore. It was unfortunate that I had plumbing issues happening in my house but In the light of it all, I made a new friend. If Myself and or family ever have any issues, there is nobody else I will be bringing on the job. Thank you Jason for everything you have done!

Penguin plumbing does fast and efficient work. I called and the customer service person was polite and assured me that they have same day service if I was available. The customer service representative scheduled me for a Friday. Angel called 30 minutes out from my house. He was also very professional and polite. He cleared my line for now, letting me know the next visit will be water jetting treatment, he gave me an estimate. I have time to save the money and know my time is coming. They do offer financing for the costly house repairs. I like having a plan for the future. Thank you for your service!

Our heat wouldn't turn on and it was cold! Always heard good things about penguin air and they have emergency same day service. Gave them a call and within a few hours Nate W came out and fixed our unit! Price was very reasonable and Nate explained everything. We're more than satisfied!
