Had a leaking water heater, so I called my warranty company, and they sent out a representative from Pruitt's plumbing. Not only was the repair covered, but the on-site technician was in and out of there in no time! Outstanding! If I ever have another issue, I'm definitely calling Pruitt's Plumbing. The very next day the office did a follow up call to make sure I was satisfied with the repair.

Terrible communication skills. No sense of urgency. Very rude and unaccomodating dispatch. The tech that came out last Friday, charged us $225 (half up front) because our warranty company didn't cover it and told us that we would have a new water heater the following Monday. On Monday we called and were told they need to locate the water heater. On Tuesday we called and were were told that the water heater came in Monday afternoon but no techs were available till the following Friday (another 2 week wait). We told Kristen, the receptionionist, that that was unacceptable considering we have kids and were told that it would be installed Monday. She said she has people waiting for weeks and can't do anything about the scheduling because they received the heater from warranty company on Monday, and she has no techs available. After asking to speak to the supervisor (which never called back), she developed an attitude, but able to get us an earlier date. We were without a water heater and hot water for a week. We paid the balance and asked the tech for a receipt and warranty info on the new unit and were told it will be emailed to us. Neither one ever came. We called the office at 4:30pm and it was closed for the day.

Pruitt's Plumbing repaired a leak in my irrigation system and installed a sediment trap in the gas line to my water heater. Service representative Marco did a quality job in short time and explained how the repairs were made, leaving with a comfortable feeling that the job was done right. The cost was quite reasonable too. Great experience with this company and will definitely call Pruitt's first for any future plumbing needs!

I recently had to replace the main water line, running from the water meter to the house. Pruitt's was able to schedule the job on next business day after my contractor selection, which was a relief as the main line was leaking ~600 gallons per day. The work was done efficiently, with excellent workmanship and high-quality components. The technician Dylan Saxton was prompt, friendly, and did great work, and also provided excellent communication. Pruitt's quote was competitive and reasonable. Satisfactory in all aspects.

Had water flowing from my toilet to the floor and flooding my guest bathroom. Water was everywhere, and in calling my home warranty people they made a ticket, and emailed me the phone number of the plumbing repair company and said since this was an emergency, to call to see if they had people to help me. We were able to shut off the water, but this needed to be fixed asap. As we did not have any water to the house with the main water off. Anthony answered my call and put me at ease, and said he would be there in 20 mins. He was and went right to work. Very compassionate and saw what the issue was and fixed it. We placed a fan on the carpet drying out the floor. Pruitt’s saved the day. Thank you.
