Had leak in hot water pipe under foundation. Ended up by-passing with new line through attic. Complicated and originally estimated at up to 3 days. I ended up learning how pipes are run during original construction ( over 25 years ago) Ultimately was done in one long day - 8 until 7pm Not even sure the 2 men took a lunch break. They were quiet, clean and professional.

What a fabulous company. We had an emergency plumbing issue at a rental property in Scottdale, on New Year's Day. I am remote, and needed to get my tenant taken care of. One quick phone call and these folks were on the case. A technician was dispatched within about an hour, and the problem was fixed with one visit. While the emergency, holiday rate wasn't cheap, it was not exorbitant and these guys did everything they promised. At no point did we feel like we were being gouged or taken advantage of. I would definitely use Quail Plumbing again, well done indeed.

I truly appreciate how the office staff worked with me to find the soonest appointment to replace my garbage disposal... which had given up the ghost. Their technician, Manny, was on time, efficiently completed the job, and answered all my questions. He also sent before and after photos of the job. Quail has done big jobs (slab leak) and small ones for me. I highly recommend the friendliness and professionalism of their staff!!

I cannot say enough good things about Quail Plumbing. The office staff is phenomenal, very responsive & quick to get you scheduled. I've had both Tim Harris & Jason Osborn out to my home and both were extremely knowledgeable and honest in their assessments. I actually contacted them for a second opinion initially and was extremely grateful I was put into contact with them. This company executes on high morals and definitely has the best interest of the consumer in mind. Lifetime customer for sure!

I'm a general contractor and have used Quail Plumbing on several jobs They have set the bar high for their level of service! Definitely operate how a company should with good communication, arriving in a timely manner during the window they provided when setting the appointments, and great overall service with good quality work. I will be using them on future projects and referring to other contractors, friends, and family!
