I truly cannot say enough great things about the entire Reliant Plumbing team! From the initial meeting they were all very professional and friendly. They spent a week replacing all of our cast iron pipes using a modern technology and did not have to trench through the entire home. They also created ground clean outs in our backyard and moved a lot of our piping around in our bathrooms to accommodate for updates we were making to our home. They were very trust worthy and hardworking. I will be recommending them to all family and friends moving forward. Thank you to the entire team for excellent service!

Great service by Cesar. He called to let us know he was on the way. He unplugged the toilet drain with a snake and then gave us helpful tips to prevent reoccurance. We really appreciate his info. $37 for the unplugging service is reasonable. We called this morning and was here within a couple hours.

Albert came out to clear my kitchen drain, and when it turned into a bigger puzzle, he didn’t just throw in the towel (or try to sell me a new sink). Instead, he patiently worked with me, helping make decisions instead of upselling me. Then Alex—one of the owners—joined in, and together they were like the Sherlock Holmes and Watson of plumbing. They climbed on my roof, scoped things out, and figured out the clog wasn’t in the main sewer line, saving me from a pricey fix. What stood out was how transparent and fair they were—they clearly cared more about solving my problem than padding their invoice. They were friendly, professional, got the job done right, and left my place cleaner than when they arrived. I even swapped out my old plumbing magnet on the fridge for theirs. If that’s not trust, I don’t know what is. Prompt, honest, and top-quality work—I highly recommend them.

Was very impressed with this family owned company. They were very prompt. Actually came earlier than expected. Cesar fixed our clogged kitchen drain in no time. He explained what the problem was, recommended what not to use, and had the water running (without any sign of a clog) within 5-10 minutes! Very friendly and knowledgeable plumber.
