I called after hours, put in a rq for nighttime emergency rq. They Dispatched their plumber, Carlos Valenzuela and he was here within the hour. The company sent texts, he called to verify services and did a fantastic job! He wore booties, was respectful and professional. Explained every step and wrote up an estimate for toilet replacement in the future as it’s a rental. This is helpful for management going forward. I wouldn’t hesitate using them again As communication was good, service was impeccable and their prices were fantastic!! I expected to pay a much higher price for after hours and being an hour away.
