Our hot water heater in a home we purchased the day after we moved on a Saturday. Simba was recommended and they were amazing. Preston was great went above and beyond and fixed even the hot water recirculating. Point out that the softern was empty. Would definitely use and recommend them again.

Travis arrived on time and explained the possible causes. He gave an initial assessment and discussed the potential solutions. Throughout the process, he explained what he was doing and why. I approved the estimate immediately—it was so convenient since they can send it to you via text for easy approval and even finalize the completed project this way. Travis left no trace of the work done except for the efficient installation, excellent communication, and the brand-new tankless water heater with plumbing. I've been using Simba Plumbing for over 5 years, and I'll continue to call them for any future needs. I highly recommend Travis; he was always two steps ahead and great with communication.

I would definitely work with Simba Plumbing again! I had an outdoor hose bib that I couldn’t turn all the way off and my water was running 24/7. My tech, Preston, was on time, communicative, professional, fast in his work and transparent in his dealings. The price was right too. I could hardly believe he got everything done so quickly and efficiently! 10/10!

I needed three plumbing items done. On my water heater, I needed a new pressure relief valve and a new drain valve. Also I needed a pressure reducing valve for the main service line. Jordan did a top notch job. everything was done perfect with no mess at all. Jordan was clean and neat and personable. I highly recommend Simba.
