Simon's Plumbing

Last week we discovered a slab leak in our 46 year old house in Fountain Hills coming from a hot water line in our laundry room. The next morning our local plumber was able to figure out the general vicinity of the leak but told us he didn't do leak detection or re-pipe. He unfortunately didn't have any recommendations for someone who could do the work, either. So I hopped online and did a mad search for a plumber that did both and had a respectable review rating. The majority of plumbing options in our community did not inspire confidence when I looked at their ratings and reviews, so I did a search for "best plumber" for a broader area and found Simon's Plumbing. He has nearly 500 reviews on Google and a 5-star rating and that was enough for me to call him. A company he contracts with does leak detection (Phoenix Leak Detection, I reviewed him separately) and PLD was able to come out the next day (Friday). Simon came by on Saturday morning to look at the re-pipe work that needed to be done and I had a fair work estimate from him a few hours later. Simon got us right as rain Tuesday (yesterday)! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Simon and they include the following: He is very responsive and an excellent communicator. He is PUNCTUAL! If he says he will show up at a certain time, he literally, shows up ON.THE.DOT of the time he said he would. This is a big deal in my book. He is meticulously groomed (I have to add, his cologne smells wonderful yet is not overpowering!) and it's no surprise that he takes the same level of pride in his work. He and his lovely wife (whom he told me helps him out on certain jobs) did an excellent job prepping the work area as well as removing and disposed of all the debris (dry wall, et al) that came about on job, often tidying up as their work progressed. Again, my husband and I were so pleased with Simon's professionalism, responsiveness and the quality of his work - we highly recommend him! I'm also thrilled to be able to add my own 5-star review to his business listing on Google and to post on NextDoor, too. :)

Simon is a remarkable plumber. He called me back within five minutes. He arrived promptly and replaced our water heater. He was very skilled and made the necessary repairs quickly. I’ve worked with many plumbers over the years and Simon is among the very best. I recommend him without reservation and only wish I could give him more than five stars!

Simon provided fantastic service. He was incredibly responsive and accommodating when we had a pipe leak just hours before leaving town. He was prompt, thorough, and reasonably priced. I will not hesitate to call him with any plumbing issue. I wholeheartedly recommend Simon’s Plumbing!

I initially contacted Simon because I thought our hot water heater was not working properly, but during our appointment he quickly identified that it was a pipe leak causing the lack of hot water. Simon and his colleague Rhonda (also wonderful!), worked together to find the location of the leak in our slab and quickly fix it. Simon was able to figure out how to run the new pipe through the attic so we did not have to deal with jackhammering our slab which saved us money, time and the headache of ripping apart our kitchen! Simon is very knowledgeable and I appreciate that he took the time to explain the repairs he was making. I will definitely contact Simon again for any future plumbing issues!

Simon’s Plumbing exceeded our expectations! When we had a pipe burst in our front yard, they came out urgently—on a holiday, even—and solved the problem. Simon was professional, thorough, and ensured everything was fixed properly. He was also incredibly friendly and easy to work with, making a stressful situation much easier. If you’re in the North Phoenix or Scottsdale area and need a dependable plumber, I can’t recommend Simon’s Plumbing enough. Fantastic service!

Simon’s did a great job on a water leak that I had inside my walls. They promptly came out and looked at it over the weekend and fixed it the next day. They were communicative about what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix it. I will definitely use them again in the future for Plumbing needs.

Had an emergency main water line break on a Sunday. Simon's plumbing came up highly recommended on the NextDoor page. Within 15 minutes after calling and explaining the problem, Simon was at my house, diagnosed the issue, and explained best way to resolve. Simon and his team were able to replace my main water line same day and have the water back on within hours. What is very impressive, is that they had to dig up my well manicured yard and also dig a tunnel under the half wall and walkway. After they completed installing the new piping, they left our yard looking like they were never there. I highly recommend Simon and his team for your plumbing needs.
