Five-Star Review for an Outstanding Plumber! I cannot say enough great things about Daniel and Aussie Plumber! From start to finish, the service was absolutely top-notch. I had a plumbing issue that needed urgent attention, and they responded quickly, arriving right on time with all the necessary tools and expertise to get the job done. I’ve had several other plumbers out to my house in the last few months who were not able to identify the issue. Fortunately, this was not my experience with Daniel. Not only did he diagnose the problem within a few minutes, he also took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring I understood my options before proceeding. His workmanship was meticulous, and he treated my home with the utmost respect—leaving the area cleaner than he found it! What truly set him apart was his professionalism, honesty, and genuine care for our satisfaction. It’s rare to find a plumber who is not only highly skilled but also courteous and trustworthy. I now have a go-to plumber for all my future needs, and I highly recommend Daniel to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality plumbing service. Five stars all the way!

UPDATE: The owner called me immediately to rectify the issue and had someone come out the next day. The gentleman that came to fix the issue was very professional and thorough. Aussie had exceptional customer service (some of the best we’ve experienced in the home repairs industry) and we will continue to use them going forward for our plumbing needs. Prior review: I would give zero stars if I could. We hired Aussie in Feb 2024 to install new piping under our kitchen sink, reattach the garbage disposal and install the faucet and they charged us $1,200. Given the high price tag, I would have expected a very professional job. Fast forward to today, December 2024 (10 months later), I found leaking under my sink from our main water line pipe to the new piping Aussie installed, and the pipe attached to the garbage disposal just slipped right off the disposal! The pipe wasn’t even secured to the garbage disposal (see photo - pipe just slipped right off and is now disconnected). I called Aussie because my sink is out of commission, and they told me I would have to pay for a house visit to look at the piping and the tech will determine if the piping was installed incorrectly. No one has touched the piping since Aussie did the install, and both pipes (the one attached to the main water line and the other to the disposal) literally slipped right off / detached. I’m no plumber, but I know one thing for sure, this was not a professional job.

The Aussie Plumber was excellent to work with from the early stage booking, all the way through completion. I needed to reschedule twice due to a defective sink that was shipped on two occasions, and they were very accommodating. The quality of the entire engagement, the work of the plumber (Joe), was exceptional. Would highly recommend!

Jordan shared the details of my plumbing repair and offered different options to address the issue. He also checked to determine whether I qualified for any discount programs, and I did! I am very pleased with the quality of the service and the results of the repair. Finally, both Jordan and his colleague were very patient with my dog who was insistent upon "helping."

I highly recommend Aussie P;umber. Joe Lopez came to my house to get my kitchen sink draining again. It wasn't an easy job, but Joe kept working and has it running great! Joe was very pleasant to work with. He never stopped for lunch or a break but kept going until he had it fixed. He also gave me some hints as to how to keep the drain running. The company kept me informed of when Joe would arrive and a picture of him and some information about him as well. When Joe was 10 minutes from arriving I was informed. I'm very impressed with this company!

Cannot say enough good things about Cameron and the service we received today! He came out to check our water heater which flooded our garage late last night, and the service was top notch. Not only did Cameron talk us through options, but he shot us straight and was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He stayed for hours until the job was done right and we felt so taken care of. Thank you Cameron for all your hard work to get us back up and running. We really appreciate your time and talents!

Used the Aussie Plumber twice in two weeks (for different, not related jobs). I was deeply impressed by their thoroughness and willingness to explain their work. Honestly couldn't ask for a better experience. For the record, I worked with Joe and Jordan, both of whom were excellent!

I am very pleased with the work I had done today, and The Aussie Plumber will be at the top of my list for any future needs! Here it is two weeks later, and I needed them again, for a totally unrelated issue. Jordan got here quickly, assessed the situation, and gave me options. He is very knowledgeable and personable. The work was done well and in a timely manner. What a bunch of awesome people!!!
