First! Same day service within hours of call. Second no price gouging or add ons. Lastly; Don Shad was our tech. That completed a water heater replacement. The professional, knowledgeable approach and experience put us immediately at ease. The job was completed in a timely manner with Don even taking time to educate us on maintenance.
