West Coast Plumbing and Air

I only gave 2 stars because my neighbor decided to call these guys when they had a leak coming from their shower and onto our ceiling. Mu shower got removed from a separate incident and so we had the ceiling out too. I had a plumber I would preferred my neighbor to use but they were busy and so out came west coast. They were fine the first time and had just said it was a destroyed gasketfrom their overflow drain. Fast forward to the day the drywall is getting installed in my bathroom (mind you I've waited a month for my shower to get re-done.) The workers come get me because water is falling on their head from above and they very clearly see a crack in a part. So no point in going on. So west coast gets called out again and RIGHT FROM THE START as soon as they get to my place so they can check out the leak they are just being rude, condescending, sarcastic. The whole time just trying to prove to me that there is no leak anymore and they fixed it. They're ac5ing annoyed that they got called out to an issue that has been ongoing for God knows how long and is now stopping me from my shower being re-built. It was wildly inappropriate. The dudes were complete dicks to me. Up until the very moment they found the crack in the part. But just the rude- attitude was astounding . Like. The very last thing I want to be doing is dealing with a leak that I can't even take care of bevause it's not my property. It's already frustrating enough trying to communicate with my neighbors whom are elderly so it alreasy is slightly difficult to get the point across to them sometimes of how it is effecting us. And then on top of that. The install has gotten pushed back 10 days at this point all over this stupid leak. Just for these sp called professionals. Who should probably be more re-assuring than anything else are just trying to make me seem crazy. I knew we should have went with Pruitts. So. Keep that all in mind when calling them. They might say they found the problem but in reality it's just what they felt like fixing and they'll treat you like you're crazy when they have to come back the second time.

I would like to applaud the twice in two days service, and quality of professional treatment by your plumbing technician, Richard; and today by he and his assistant plumbing technician, Cannon. They arrived on time, wasted no time , got the initial issue resolved, resolved another in the process, and we now have confidence that the plumbing issue(s) have been corrected. West Coast Plumbing & Air is an awesome company. I have had them out for both air conditioning and plumbing issues over the years. The service has always been the same day/next day unless I instructed them there wasn’t a rush. Their employees answering the phones are polite and courteous. The various technicians have always been professional and seem very knowledgeable, arriving on time and willing to explain the A/C or plumbing issues and the work required. Quotes given were reasonable and didn’t change post work completion. Recently my water conditioner failed and was stuck in back-wash mode. Called West Coast Plumbing & Air on a Thursday morning and the technician was at my house that same afternoon. He shut the water off to the unit and was back the next morning putting the new one! It is so hard these days to find companies you can trust. West Coast Plumbing & Air is one of the good ones!

I called on a Saturday afternoon and they were here within 2 hours. Fixed the problem quickly and the price was very reasonable. Service techs and customer service reps all extremely nice. I will definitely be using them again!
