Today a technician by the name Casey came out to look at my water heater. I thought it was going to be a timely process. It was done and switched out with a new water heater. He was fast even with getting the water heater. Before I knew it he was done. There was no mess left behind either. He was very careful of my stuff around him in my garage as he went in and out. Very respectful, integrity driven, and great communication.
