I recently had the pleasure of working with Talbot Plumbing and I couldn’t be more impressed with their exceptional service. From the moment I called their customer service team was friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive. They quickly scheduled an appointment that fit my availability, and the plumber arrived right on time, fully equipped to handle the job. The technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the issue clearly, giving me multiple solutions to choose from. Not only did they fix the problem efficiently, but they also ensured everything was clean and in perfect working order before leaving. The pricing was transparent and fair, with no hidden fees, and the overall experience was hassle free. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs. Their professionalism and dedication to quality service truly set them apart!

Excellent experience from start to finish. The technician was available earlier than scheduled, Ann called and said they could come over in 15 minutes. The technician, Cameron, was personable, professional, and efficient. He replaced the hose bib with a more reliable ball valve style instead of a gate valve. The existing valve washer failed and it leaked out of the stem. The washer is replaceable, but I couldn't get it apart. Cameron not only replaced the part with an upgrade, he tested the water pressure and quality, and inspected the hot water heater and all of the sinks and toilets as well. He was done before the time he was originally scheduled. We now have our go-to plumbing company, I will always call them for anything I can't do myself. Five stars plus!

Additionally, Spencer has consistently provided excellent follow-up with salt services. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of service and will undoubtedly be relying on their expertise again in the near future.

Had a great experience with Talbot. Needed a water line replacement and they completed the job on time and for a reasonable price. They took the extra time to make sure the site was clean after doing their work. Will go back to them in the future.
