Allegiance Water Services

This is the second time that I’ve used Allegiance, and I am extremely happy. Recently, I tried to fix our leaky reverse osmosis system, and that didn’t go too well, so I called in for some air support. Reuben from Allegiance was quickly on site. He was polite, professional, and highly skilled in his trade and he fixed the issue in about 15 minutes. He even provided me with a mini lesson on when and when not to use Teflon tape. Like all of the Allegiance plumbers that I’ve worked with Ruben was fantastic; expert service and a very reasonable cost. My .02 is that it is very difficult to find honest skilled trades here, but Reuben was fantastic. Allegiance runs a very good operation.

No matter what the problem is, Eloy will resolve it. He is simply the BEST!!!!! Smart, creative, and looking for ways to save materials, duplicative efforts to fix things which means saving us money. Love and trust Allegiance Water Services and recommend them highly. We've had him replace our reverse osmosis filter, fix toilets, sinks and the shower is the latest project. No matter who answers the phone, the office staff is professional, communicative and responsive. They are top notch!

I will always recommend Allegiance Water Services to anyone in the Phoenix metro for your plumbing needs. I’ve had Rain Forrest Plumbing out several times and had them do some work and they gouged me on a plumbing drain repair and had the audacity to try it again. This company is great. Excellent communication and response time. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. I contacted them for my personal residence but will definitely be recommending them to clients as well. I highly recommend them for any plumbing or irrigation needs.

Exceptional service and responsiveness. Our water heater failed on a Saturday morning (when I had a party planned for the evening, of course), and Allegiance and Rubin, the technician, saved the day. New gas water heater installed within a few hours. Rubin is quite the savvy engineer-like plumber, and knew all about virtually everything on this topic; he also graciously educated my engineer husband. Truly exceptional experience all-around. I had an exceptional experience with Allegiance today. My old gas water heater needs to be replaced. I called Allegiance yesterday and discussed with David who is very knowledgeable, transparent and told me pros and cons among the different water heaters. I decided to go with 50 gallon Bradford White water heater. Ruben came in next day and clearly explained to me what is the process. He is excellent, very skillful and told me how to maintain it. He cleaned everything afterwards. I am very happy with their services and will call Allegiance for my plumbing issues for sure. Ruben from Allegiance Water Services did an excellent job again today. I had water hammer issue for a couple of months and my pipes coming out the main pipe weren't connected right by a previous plumber. The irrigation system controller needs to be replaced as well And it is now upgraded to an enabling phone control unit. Ruben did an excellent job on replacing the unit and repiping everything. It only took him an hour and they work great! Ruben is very experienced, knowledgeable and efficient. It wouldn't go wrong for Ruben to do your plumbing jobs.

I have struggled to find a reliable, competent, and reasonably priced plumber This is the first time I used allegiant. The service I required was to diagnose and fix a malfunctioning water softener. First, the booking was exceptionally easy, the response was much quicker than I expected, and an appointment was available much sooner than I expected as well. The communication was great all the way up to the point of the tech being dispatched and estimate of arrival time. Indeed, my tech actually arrived early.! I was given the option of replace or repair. The tech actually took the time to diagnose the exact problem, explained the problem and showed me the broken parts that would need to be replaced. The estimate was reasonable, the parts were ordered, and within a week I was back on the schedule for getting my water softener back into service Very impressed with allegiant. I will definitely use them again.
