I have been a very satisfied customer of Apple Plumbing for 38 years since moving to Scottsdale from the Boston are. We have had toilets replaced, water heaters, kitchen faucet, and water softener installed. Their technicians are professionals of high competence. The office staff are courteous and very customer-oriented. Their prices are competitive. I have no hesitation in recommending Apple for whatever plumping needs you may have.

Apple Plumbing is one of the very few service contractors that I can recommend without reservations. The office staff you speak with to setup the appointment is very professional and courteous. They send you a text message when the technician is on the way to your house. The technicians are all highly professional. They look over the job and then give you a written cost estimate before starting the work. They do high quality work and cleanup the job site when done. And they don’t offer needless “upsell” work unless they truly see something that needs to be addressed. Our technician for this job, Ryan McNichol, was outstanding.

I have used Apple Plumbing for all my plumbing needs for nearly 2 years when I moved into an older house. They have scoped a sewer line, replaced all fixtures in one bathroom, put in a new toilet, fixed a leaky shower head, and provided hot water heater maintenance. Each time service has been excellent. Just had Grant out to fix our water heater. He provided excellent customer service - went above and beyond for us - really explained what was going on and how and why it’s repaired for the long term. I also liked that we get a text with a photo of the repairman when he’s on his way over. I also appreciate that this is a family run company. Will use again and recommend to friend!
