Benjamin Franklin The Punctual Plumber

Benjamin Franklin was a great experience. We had Brad come and help us when our very old tankless water heater finally died. They were out the next morning and was able to install a new unit with a very clean installation and fast work. I would Hundred percent recommend Benjamin Franklin and Brad for any plumbing needs. They will definitely be getting a call from me in the future.

Thursday — February 27, 2025 Time he approached Gilbert Rd, while on Germann: 5:46pm The company driver in the commercial vehicle shown in the photos, drove extremely erratically from the moment I noticed him on the same road path as I was driving (I came up off of the 202 at Cooper and continued down Cooper, turning left on Germann). I continued to be beyond frightened as I watched him dangerously dive in and out of lanes in front of my vehicle and other vehicles, while driving down Germann from Cooper, toward Gilbert Rd., in which he made a right turn on Gilbert going in the direction of Queen Creek Rd (I’m not sure if he turned off before or after Queen Creek Rd., yet that was his direction as I continued on Germann). I could not record a video as I was driving; yet due to the extreme circumstances, and the fact that I could not believe what I was seeing with such a road terror of a driver, I prompted to photograph him at a red light, once while behind him (back of vehicle photo), and also while approaching the red light I was able to situate my vehicle on the left side of him to photograph him from the side of the vehicle. This man is not a safe driver, and in fact, if he continues to drive for this company or otherwise, he will cause tragic chaos on the road in ways I’d rather not say, as I wish no one to be in danger of being hit or in a vehicle accident. This driver caused all of the vehicles surrounding him to show clear signs of fear and hesitation to be near his vehicle. He had no concern of speed, nor did he care that he was controlling a motor vehicle in an extremely dangerous manner. This driver should not be able to operate a commercial vehicle, as he drives with immense aggression and without safety concerns. Please, for the sake of others drivers, and families, address this issue with your driver. He caused me to have a severe panic attack, and I can’t imagine what the other drivers experienced. I will never hire your company, based off of his actions, whether en route to a job location, your headquarters or his home; he frightened me to the point of researching your business to leave a review. Please revoke his employment privileges with your company before he causes someone to lose their life from his psychotic driving habits. It was truly unbelievable!!! Shame on that driver!!

Eddie came to provide a quote on work I needed done around my house and was able to do same day service. He was extremely friendly, professional, and checked in with me as he completed each project. He was also a huge hit with my curious and friendly cat! He replaced my garbage disposal, installed a new sink, and installed new fixtures for sinks and showers. Thank you Eddie!

Thank you Benjamin Franklin had a bit of a heart attack in the morning when I woke up for work and found my water heater was cracked and leaking. I called Franklin and was set up very professionally with a rapid appointment exceeding my expectations. Brad was dispatched and assessed the situation at no point was he pushy despite wanting to give me the best option possible. I was surprised to find out that everything he needed to repair my water heater he had on hand and was able to complete a full replacement arrival-to-departure in under 4 hours! He also assisted in identifying a potential fire hazard and was quick to recommend a solution that fixed the issue. Thank you Brad for your candor and professionalism you are an asset to your company. The new heater looks fantastic by the way.

Update: Edwin did a phenomenal job completing the work discussed with Brad, he was efficient, hard working, and diligent to make sure I reviewed everything once the work was completed. Overall, very pleased with the service provider by all members of the Ben Franklin team. Looking forward to continuing to utilize their services. Really appreciate the complete review and assistance Brad provided by reviewing our plumbing system. Worked to provide numerous options for pricing and what would be best to keep everything running smoothly.

Brad was punctual; attentive to detail; replaced the kitchen faucet that I purchased from Moen, and replaced the stopper in one of the sinks in the master bedroom. He also answered my question about “whole house” filtration - the water is eating up my faucet and water heater. Brad gave me a price for the system thank you for the timeyou have spend helping me.

Chandler from Ben Franklin was exceptional. Quickly evaluated the issue set up a plan of action then executed it. He was short a part called another truck and got the part plus assistance in completing the repair faster. They did a great job and I will happily have Ben Franklin and Chandler take care of all my plumbing requirements in the future.

Absolutely wonderful experience! From dispatch to our amazing plumber Brad this experience was a breeze.
