My water heater was leaking, so I called Collins Commercial Services. Eric came over the same day to look at it and stop the leak until he could pick up a new water heater the next day. Eric installed my new water heater in a very timely manner. He was pleasant and easy to communicate with. I will refer Collins Commercial Services moving forward.

Kyle showed up promptly, diagnosed and repaired the malfunctioning heat pump, repaired it, checked the one next to it, cleaned up both so they'd run well, and verified they were heating. Excellent communication throughout the process, great workmanship, and respect for the property.

We found this company on google. They had pretty good reviews so we decided to use Collin’s for our resturant drain service. They gave us an estimate of $886 for make the line clear and check the leak of our gas line. So when technician came April 2nd. on that day. He sprayed something to check the gas line , it was good and no leaks. For the grease trap and drain line he said the machine he used can’t not solve the problem and he mentioned someone will come back with a jetter next day to finish the rest of the work. A couple of days later We have got charged.so we decide to go to their local office wish to talk to someone regarding the issue. April 10th when we got there( 16413 North 91st Street, Bldg C150) the door was locked, I was going to call their office then a lady opened the door ask us what we were doing.I told her that we had a job order was not completed but we got charged. She took us in and asked me the order number. The whole time she was cold,not welcoming. She checked on her computer and told us they done the work. But on technicians notices clearly shows that the work was not completed and someone with Jetter will come back next day. ( which no one show up the next day ) I told her that they could not finish the work and the technician said someone supposed to come back next day but no one shows up the next day.She said they sent another estimate which was another $1110 for someone comeback, the reason why no one comes back its because they did not get our response if we were going to proceed.This is a joke, so we spent $800 just to find out there will be another estimate of $1110 to make the line clear ??? Isn’t that the first estimate for to check and make the line clear. The lady we spoke to was not professional, she interrupted my husband while my husband was talking ,Not sure if she is the owner but seems like she is.I would expect a better customer service, we were standing there the whole time while she was sitting down talking to us,she did not offer us to sit down or anything she did not apologize one word and no “please “such words.she just did not look like wants to solve the problem keep arguing,my husband finally said “ let’s go “ Endless to say, it was not a pleasure experience with this company and We definitely would not use this company again and be aware when you use this company.please make sure the estimate they gave you will actually complete the work ,otherwise they will tricke you and keep giving you an estimates.

Don’t let the name fool you. Collins Commercial is the one to call for residential needs also. Quick, competent, considerate, capable, and caring. This is the third time I have called for help over the last couple of years, and they have provided simply superlative service each time. Note the phone number on the vehicle in the picture and WRITE IT DOWN 😊.

We were connected with Collins Commercial Services via our home warranty company and we could not have been any more pleased. They were responsive and got us on the schedule quickly. Eric showed up within the given time window and installed a new disposal quickly and quietly while my fiance and I were working. Very professional.

Gerardo A. Was dispatched to take a look at my water heater and was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He knew exactly what the issue was and was able to go find the necessary parts and fix the issue extremely quick. The day prior I had another company come and look at the tank, but they didnt even want to touch it as they said it was too old and was not worth it to service and recommended I get a new one. Gerardo however explained exactly what the water heater needed and took care of it!!! I am very happy with the service and thankful for Gerardo for restoring my hot water the same day!

We had an appointment set by our Home Warranty company with Collins to repair a leaking toilet tank. Collins responded within an hour of our service request and arrived in under 24 hours to fix the issues. Gerardo was our technician and he did an excellent job while maintaining a very high level of professionalism. The complete fix to replace all of the tank components took roughly 30 minutes and the toilet is operating better then it was before the leak started. I highly recommend Collins and will use them again.

Brian H. was dispatched by our home warranty service to check out our non-functioning garbage disposal. He identified that it had a natural death and needed replacement. He complied with the information requests of the warranty company, including pictures. He received the authorization and in less than one week the new unit was installed. He was punctual, courteous, friendly, quick, and surprisingly neat. He left absolutely no mess for us to clean up. I would highly recommend Collins and especially Brian.
