Thankfully, Dennis of DNS Plumbing was recommended to me by a close friend. We had a leak in our main water line coming into the house. He recommended where to look for the leak based upon where I reported the water and he told me what he suspected it was. Turned out he was exactly correct. Very knowledgeable, asking the right questions. He showed up first thing the next morning and had it fixed quickly! A neighbor saw his truck in front of my house and asked him about a plumbing issue they had. He walked over to look at the problem and quickly diagnosed it. He even told them about what it should cost them to fix using their plumber. After that kind gesture, he became their new plumber. Highly recommended!

I only have 2 minutes to give this review right now (will give more details later). Dennis / DNS Plumbing is the best plumber I have known and I have hired many plumbers in the past 30 years! I live in Chicago, but was looking for a plumber to do several things for my rental condo in Phoenix. Called a home/hardware store in Phoenix and the salesperson in plumbing gave me Dennis’s number and said “the best plumber he knows around here is Dennis”. So I called him and hired him sight unseen. He is a plumber you can trust and I will definitely hire again! He was super nice and very informative. I think he went Above and beyond what any other plumber would do. He sent me pictures of everything so that I could see since I wasn’t there, had my condo on a lock box so he could enter on his own, even picked up all my purchases for sinks, faucets, toilets, and all the other specific supplies that I wanted, on the same day for me that I ordered from Costco and Home Depot because he knew I was out of state. He supplied most of his own materials, but I wanted some specific items too. I didn’t have to go through the trouble of finding someone else to deliver them to the condo for me. I was told by my Realtor and another contractor that came in after him that he did an excellent job. It’s very difficult to find a professional contractor in any field that you can really trust when you’re not there to supervise, but Dennis is a plumber you can trust and will do a great professional job!

Quote was nearly half of the other quote I had. Dennis replaced toilet, a rusty faucet and fixed my shower head all for a reasonable price and in a timely manner. The faucet ended up being a big job, but the price did not change. The two men who came were very friendly. Highly recommend them.

Had a kitchen faucet leaking all over the floor with shut-off valves stuck. Dennis came over soon after I called for help, installed new valves and a new faucet, all at a very reasonable price. Thanks, Dennis!
