Unfortunately, I have to give these guys just two stars even though they really helped us out, initially. We called their company when our gas was shut down by the gas company due to a small leak in the attic. It was a very cold time of the year so not having gas to heat the home was a real issue. On this aspect of the job they did wonderfully. They even called in there contact at the gas company to get someone to turn our gas back on same day. Up until this point everything was five stars. Luke seemed like normal people, qualified, helpful and knowledgeable. They determined that the gas leak was coming from the exterior gas line so they disconnected it. This line serves the pool and the barbecue. Plan was to have them returned to fix this as well as install a whole home RO system. They gave me quotes for all the work and I approved everything without negotiating a penny. When the time came for our appointment to make this repair, they simply didn’t show up. So I called Luke to check on his ETA and he apologized stating that they had been awake all night working on an emergency job and would need to reschedule. I said OK no problem. However, ever since then I’ve been unable to reach them. I’ve tried both the office number and Luke’s cell phone number. I understand things happen and perhaps they took on some very profitable work to the point where they no longer want to perform this job. I can respect all of that. The problem I have is the lack of professionalism and common courtesy with regards to responding to my messages. Someone honorable and professional would’ve let me know that they’re unable to finish the job and I should move on to find someone else. Instead, they just decided not to call me or reply to my text. I would’ve taken 10 seconds to let me know that you no longer want the job. These people wasted my time which is more important than wasting my money.

Emergency plumbing blocked my garage for at least 2 hours. I called Robin to explain the problem and she never called me back. With their van parked like that I could not back out of my garage so I could not leave. I'm glad there wasn't an emergency. Shame on emergency you could have at least had the courtesy to call me back and apologize I will never use your service.

The only aspect of their performance that was efficient was charging my credit card. After they messed up the water supply lane and left my office without functioning toilets, they simply disappeared and stopped responding to the phone calls and messages. Apparently, the owner needs to look up the word "emergency" in a dictionary to find a more accurate name for the business.

The only reason I am writing this review and giving 5 stars is the respect I have for their Technician Zack. I cannot speak enough to his level of service and going above and beyond to make a situation right, which I respect. The first technician came for a repair that I paid a surcharge for the emergency visit as they were the first people who could get out same night and he did so quickly, but was there for roughly 5 hours. Without getting into detail the job was not completed and there was back and fourth over why this was not completed. We had differences of opinions. Regardless, Zack came out the very next day to address the problem as a lead. I requested to only work with Zack after the level of service he provided. Once again, I would have left a one star review but I cannot speak enough to someone making the situation right. I do believe there is a potential for a partial refund as well, which truly would make the situation right all around. I was quoted 350-450 for the same job if I could wait until Thursday. The final fix was done Friday. I was unavailable after work Thursday but regardless, I feel I should have a partial refund as the emergency aspect and surcharge really should not apply if the job was completed after the fact as I could have just waited. In the companies defense, the original tech was offered to come back out and fix it. I was very concerned by this and after meeting Zach, I denied this request and only wanted him. However, there was many concerns on why I did not want the original technician back out to my household. I want to once again address I would behoove anyone to utilize their service and I personally believe Zack going out of his way to address my concerns and fix the problem, with excellent customer service, warrants a fix from a 1 star to 5 star review. To the Owner, you have a really good employee in your organization. I truly do hope for a partial refund as well but regardless pleased in the fantastic service provided by Zack.

My husband and I had a great experience. My “do it yourself husband” created a major plumbing accident in our newly built home days after moving in. Of course this happened at midnight. We called as we needed help and Ian from Em Plumbing arrived as fast as he could. Not only was Ian a great plumber, he is a great human being. He was respectful, polite and prepared. I highly recommend using Emergency Plumbing. As far as cost, we felt it was very fair,reasonable and well deserved. Please don’t hesitate to call them. We have dealt with many trades and this has been such a great and positive experience.

my hot water heater went out on thanksgiving day. i have been trying to get emergency plumbing to fix my hot water heater since 11-29-2019. the water heater is still not fixed today is 12-6-19. that is 8 days. YOUR EMERGENCY IS NOT THEIR EMERGENCY. The first thing they did wrong was send an unqualified tech to my house. Then they lied to me about when they would show up. told me they would be at my house at 9am then didn't arrive until 1:30pm then couldn't fix my water heater. they left all the parts from the water heater on the ground in a mess. then when the part showed up they told me it would be 3 days before they could come install it. terrible customer service.

This is the worst company don't have them work for you. They lied to me 3-4 times. They send unqualified techs to your house. Leave my equipment on the ground and don't clean up. The dispatcher told me I was the first person in the morning 9am. Tech didn't show up till 1:30 in the afternoon then didn't order the part that was needed until the next day. I have been out of hot water now for 8 days and it is all emergency plumbing fault. My water heater is in peices on the ground. This is the worst service I have ever received in my life. THEY SHOULD RENAME THEMSELVES THE LYING PLUMBERS. NOT EMERGENCY PLUMBING YOUR EMERGENCY IS NOT THEIR EMERGENCY. all they do is lie to you. And try to schedule you for 3 or 4 days out. My part to the water heater was delivery on Thursday morning they told me they wouldn't be able to get here till Saturday. THAT IS NOT EMERGENCY PLUMBING. I HAVE BEEN OUT OF HOT WATER SINCE NOVEMBER 28TH. I'M POSTING THIS ON DECEMBER 6TH.

this is the worst service i have ever received. i was out of hot water for 10 days waiting for this company. i finally had to get someone else to do the work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. read all the reviews most of them are negative. they told me they would be at my house at 9am then they didn't show up till 2pm. they sent an unqualified tech to my house and he broke my control unit when he disconnected it. then didn't order my part for 4 days. WORST COMPANY EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE AND I'M 40 YRS OLD.
